This dishwasher is more than I can ask for. Very quiet, gets even the dirtiest dish clean the 1st time and I love the power boost.

Very very good dishwasher. The sanitize feature is particularly great in my opinion. The only disappointing part of this dishwasher is the racks. Samsung always tries to be really clever with their racks and they always end up with bent pegs.

Washes dishes fine, but the rinse compartment doesn’t include a display so you can’t tell how much is in the unit, or if it needs to be filled. And the racks are a bit flimsy. They don’t roll in and out easily and the utensil section is just a waste. Most the holes aren’t large enough even for table knives. All in all I wish I would have gone up to the next level.

This dishwasher is pretty quiet, but I can never get them to last. After 13 months, this washer no longer cleans the lower rack even though all filters are clean.

First let's make it clear that I am a huge Samsung fan. This dishwasher is complete garbage. Purchased in early 2020. It broke the first time under warranty, the feature that opens the dishwasher stopped working. Six months ago the water wall stopped working. It cost $800 out of pocket to fix. Samsung had no repairman in our area nor did Best Buy which is garbage because they both would have someone there to install it if we purchased from them. Obviously we have purchased through Best Buy and they are no help at all. I have total tech support and that is a whole pile of garbage on the side. Anyways, now it is leaking and Best Buy or Samsung could not get any technician in our area so we had to call someone local that was reputable. He came over and looked at it for about 45 minutes and said it was leaking from the water wall and from two other places... he did not charge us and said he would not work on it because he didn't want to put his name on it. Let's all keep in mind that if I have the extended warranty they would magically have someone that can work on it in the area. About to drop a thousand more dollars on a Bosch dishwasher.

Has leaked off and on sine we bought it. Replaced the seal, the leak shut off sensor and recently it leaked (while off and not running) while out of town and cause a lot of water damage.

The door opening the last 3 minutes of the cycle is very helpful in drying the contents.

I regret to inform you that this purchase ranks as the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a product. Being a loyal customer of Samsung, I held high expectations, but this particular item has fallen drastically short. Initially, the installation appeared successful, and the product functioned correctly for the first month. However, it soon began to leak, causing extensive water damage to my brand-new kitchen furniture—a distressing outcome. Upon contacting Best Buy for a potential inspection or exchange, I was met with a discouraging response, citing that my request fell outside their 30-day exchange policy. Subsequently, they insisted on visiting my home three times before even considering an exchange, a process that felt like a deliberate strategy to mislead and delay resolution. Despite promises of an exchange, the outcome was a series of unnecessary repairs—four different components were replaced, none of which were faulty. To add insult to injury, it was later suggested by Samsung that the root cause was an issue not disclosed at the point of sale: the floor needed to be leveled to prevent leakage. This critical information was absent from all promotional and instructional material provided. My dealings with Best Buy's repair service have been frustratingly inefficient and unprofessional. On one occasion, a technician, admitting there was little he could do further for the appliance, opted not to attend the scheduled repair, showcasing a lack of professionalism and regard for customer satisfaction. Based on this ordeal, I strongly advise against purchasing this dishwasher and dealing with Best Buy's repair services. Their approach has been nothing short of exasperating, and their inability to offer a satisfactory resolution is unacceptable.

Great dishwasher, excellently cleans the dishes and other items. I am quite happy with the dishwasher.
