The top drawer for silverware doesn’t work well, I was looking forward to that. It doesn’t seem to clean evenly. The rest of it seems good.

Had it now for 2 years and never had an issue. Not only it cleans well it looks awesome as well. My entire kitchen will be Samsung black stainless appliances. Doing entire house renovation.

Water wall failed just outside of warranty period

This dishwasher is super quiet which was our highest priority. After a year the bottom sprayer (water wall) routinely gets stuck in the front most position. This leaves the dishes in the bottom basket unwashed. Definitely buy extended warranty if you’re considering this product. Planning to replace it with a dishwasher that has fewer fancy moving parts.
