My kitchen is open to the living room. When running my old dishwasher I often had to turn the tv up to hear over the noise. I don't hear this one at all! I also like the versatility of the adjustable shelf. Never seemed to have enough room for everything I needed to put in the bottom with my old dishwasher. Being able to put flatware and utensils on the top rack frees me up to be able to take the rack out of the bottom for more room to fit pots and pans or large bowls.

Not sure how we feel about the notifications of end of cycle yet, but we can turn that off if we want. Very happy with purchase so far.

It does a good job cleaning everything. Price was not too bad since purchased during Black Friday sale.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We like almost everything about this dishwasher, but like a few other reviewers have said, when you open the door all the way, it doesn't lay flat, it pops back up a bit. It seems like the spring tension is too high and I couldn't see a way to adjust it. You can force it back down so that you can smoothly roll the door back in, but it is annoying and seems like this shouldn't be an issue on a dishwasher in this price range. We are exchanging it for a new one and we will see if we have better luck.

The bottom rack couldn’t pull out because the door doesn’t stay down. I did replace it with another Samsung just a different model.

Best dishwasher ever

I figured others would find my review of value because we all want appliances that work well for over a month. Also, Samsung appliances get a very bad rap on social media, but I have absolutely no complaints. It is incredibly quiet and dishes come out clean and dry.
