It's very quiet. The only fault I can mention is that it doesn't dry dishes as well as one would think it would for the price.

Bought the this Samsung dishwasher to replace a 5 year old model. A little louder than the previous unit, but still quiet. Gets everything clean and the fan drying function is incredible! Tied in perfectly with all of our Samsung appliances and TVs through the SmartThings app. Got a great deal so we made the purchase and we don’t regret it

I am enjoying the dishwasher. Dishes come out sparkling. I am still figuring out how I want to place dishes and utensils.

Worked well for just under 1 year. Warranty from Samsung was worthless. They sent a technician and refused to service the unit based on an incorrect diagnosis (in my opinion). Sending it to the junkyard. Moral of the story, be wary of Samsung appliances and especially so if they find loopholes in order to prevent them from having to fix a unit that isn’t even 1 year old.

We bought two of these dishwashers for our rent houses. They're great machines with special little features that our renters appreciate. The white machine is great. The stainless steel, however, is far too easily damaged on its front. It is ridiculous how easily it can become dinged and dented.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years, trusting this company for everything from small electronics to high-ticket items. I can say with certainty that my recent experience has completely shattered that trust. A recent issue with one of their premium products exposed a combination of defective merchandise, unhelpful customer service, and rigid policies that left me completely unsupported, despite being a long-term, high-spending customer. Attempts to request reasonable goodwill assistance were flatly refused, even when the defect was documented, widespread, and occurred shortly after the warranty expired. The “loyalty” I had assumed mattered apparently counts for nothing. This experience has completely changed my perception of Best Buy. I can no longer recommend them, and I will be reconsidering every past purchase in light of how they treat customers when things go wrong. Loyalty means nothing if a company refuses to stand behind its products or support its customers. I hope this review serves as a warning to others: premium products and long-term patronage will not protect you from being dismissed. I will also be applying this review to my previous purchases because the pattern of service failure extends beyond just one product or incident.

Impressive cleaning power, sleek design, and super quiet Works great with smart things, works like a charm

It works well and is very quiet. Like all other reviews, it doesn’t completely dry the dishes but none of the new models do. My 25 year old kenmore dried so well it could burn your skin. It’s more efficient this way.

Smart, looks very good on modern stuff and powerful

The main feature is being very quiet. The dishwasher is expensive but the wife is happy. One thing we didn’t know was that the dishwasher will pop open, by design, near the end of a cycle.

So far so good. We have had our Samsung dishwasher for about a month and after a Geek Squad tech showed us the ropes, this dishwasher has worked perfectly. Quiet and efficient. Great product for the price.

Great machine and does a great job. Very quiet. Holds alot

Very quiet. Installation was easy. The only gripe I have is the literature of what came with it don't tell me anything about the features included (what they do). They are pretty self explanatory, but as an example, if I click normal wash and want to do a dry cycle too I have to press another button at the start.

the third rack is so benefitical and there are so many amazing settings!

I love it. This is the first dishwasher I've had in a long time that I really like. It dries great. It pops open when done and then the fans run. I love the third drawer but it does compromise the height of items you can have on the lower shelves a bit. May take that out. You will not go wrong with this one.

Item looks great. Have not yet had a chance to run it, as kitchen is still being installed. Will update this review once we have a chance to use it, but overall (size, look, features) it has everything I was looking for.

Best dishwasher I have ever owned. Fast, efficient and gets dishes very clean.

So far the dishwasher is working very well after 3 runs. The glasses come out very clear and spotless. The unit is very quiet. We will have to see how the unit holds up with time and many more uses.
