If I could give this Samsung dishwasher and Best Buy's service negative stars, I'd be summoning numbers from a parallel universe. Brace yourself for a tale of woe and frustration. The Dishwasher That Almost Could: The Samsung Smart 42dBA Dishwasher arrived with dreams of sparkling dishes but turned out to be a mechanical nightmare. First off, the door behaves like a stubborn mule - it simply refuses to open all the way. Every attempt to coax it open fully is met with a chorus of crunching sounds, as if it's chewing on the very idea of functioning properly. But wait, there's more. Just when I thought I had reached the peak of my dishwashing drama, a mysterious screw decided to part ways with the machine. Yes, a screw fell out, as if signaling a slow, unceremonious dismantling of what was supposed to be a pinnacle of kitchen efficiency. Best Buy's Vanishing Act: As for the service from Best Buy, it was like waiting for a ghost. They promised to send out a team to address these issues. I marked my calendar, rearranged my schedule, and waited with bated breath. But alas, on the day of reckoning, they pulled a vanishing act worthy of a magic show - no technicians, no phone call, no explanation. Poof! Gone! In conclusion, between the dishwasher's partial opening act and the crunching serenade, topped off with the mysterious case of the wandering screw, and Best Buy's disappearing service team, I'm left with a kitchen appliance saga that's more drama than clean dishes. Beware, future buyers, beware.

The Samsung dishwasher is amazing. Very quiet you won’t be disappointed.

I wasn't expecting much, as we had Samsung prior and had issues. I love the glass fronts. They are so easy to keep clean. I ordered the entire set with Fridge, microwave, range and dishwasher. I have had the dishwasher installed now for over a year and I love it more than the previous one. It has a quick mode which is 60 minutes and then it pops open to help with drying.

I love it. The original installers, not Best Buy employees, almost broke it when in they installed it. A Best Buy Tech fixed it. And I love it!!

Absolutely love this dishwasher. It is so quiet and I love the pop-open feature for drying. This is the best purchase I could have asked for!

Deff upgrade over our old Kenmore. Quiet and efficient. A slight learning curve however when we got it linked with smart things it’s rather seamless

We remodeled our home and upgraded our countertops and backsplash what a great idea to add white glass dishwasher to blend in with white shaker cabinets, super quiet, cleans great, love using the app, im sure Can be added to alexas portfio, and of course I then had to huy the 4 door Bespoke Flex fridge can’t wait till its delivered. Ordered 7/26/22 with new Samsung Washer & Dryer needed to coordinate delivery of all items instslled 8/16/22

We really like this dishwasher. It is very quiet and does a much better job of cleaning than our older Samsung. However, it was a bit of work to install because the power and drain line were routed different from our old Samsung requiring different fittings and relocating the electrical box.

Liking the product, so far. I enjoy the easy to use format, the digital countdown and the quality of the washing.
