The product came damaged, and it was leaking water. After calling best buys 3 times, and driving to the center to get it fixed (2 hours), then spending 1 hour on the phone, which i got hung up on. It's still leaking. And damaged. No resolution.

It Works great but the buttons are a bit touchy. Love the smart things app.

Very quiet and lots of features. Smart app enabled allows you to set up the cycle you want and monitor the progress remotely. Only disappointment is with the drying cycle. Some dishes still have water left on them once complete.

Great washer, quiet. Best Buy is lucky to have top notch installer. Have Total Tech but still waited 4 weeks AFTER purchasing to get it installed. Install went very well. He even fixed the low quality hose Best Buy sold me.

I love my new dishwasher but the controls on top and little weird trying to use

1 year and 2 months it started failing. LC error. Which is a leak error. There is a fundamental problem with quality when an appliance fails after a year. Very disappointing. Looks like a bunch of Samsung dishwashers fail to drain for varies reasons.

Do not purchase through Best Buy

Bad decision to purchase a Samsung dishwasher. Further, purchasing through Best Buy with the Geek Squad protection was an even worse decision. I spent the weekend on the phone with Samsung since the dishwasher (purchased and installed 8 months ago by Best Buy) now is giving a “LC” error. After troubleshooting this with an online Samsung “representative” over the weekend (because Best Buy Geek Squad apparently does not handle Samsung repairs-DO NOT buy their warranty!! It is a waste of your money) I’m told that a “Service Quick CSP” should handle the warranty repair. Read the reviews on Service Quick CSP. You DO NOT want them touching your appliances. So in the end I have a non functioning 8 month old dishwasher that I will have to pay out of pocket for repairs… you can purchase from Best Buy but don’t expect any customer service beyond the original purchase.

We have owned this appliance for less than 18 months and it’s already broken. Tried replacing the water inlet valve and it didn’t fix the issue of it not filling with water. Highly recommend you avoid Samsung dishwashers.
