The installers from AIG appliance, Lee and Lester, were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were efficient and friendly. They worked quickly and knew what they were doing. They each did different parts of the job and we were greatly impressed.

Fifteen months later the dishwashers internal hot water heater (necessary for high temperature wash, sanitize setting and self clean cycle) failed. The internal heater is also required during the units 2 - 3 hour wash cycles to keep the water hot enough to dissolve the detergent and for proper cleaning. Unfortunately, the warranty was only good until January 31, 2025. Fortunately, I used my Chase Visa which provides free warenty extension, so there is just inconvenience, not out of pocket cost.

They brought this brand new one and it didn't work from the very beginning. Then Best Buy wouldn't honor the warranty and replace yet a 2nd dishwasher.

Waisted space in bottom for placement of dishes.

It has a big space in the middle where you can't stack dishes to get them clean.
