Unsolved draining problems.

We had draining problems, dispenser problems, and water call problems. We had techs come out to repair it six times, and it never worked right. Unexplained failures to drain were the main problems, and the Auto cycle was the worst. Had to return it. A google search indicates that other have also had this issue.

Love it, it’s a smart dishwasher, the first that cleans and dry totally my dishes! Don’t need to dry the top of my glasses or dishes anymore.

I have never been so disappointed in an appliance as I was with this dishwasher. It is not a cheap appliance and for it to break down within a week of using it and to be fixed twice and still not work properly was very disappointing.
Not worth buying.

Love the third rack and how extremely quiet it is. Cleans very well. The only downside is that it does not dry. I use to open my old dishwasher right after the cycle so the steam and air could mix and it would be dry in about 2 hours. I was hoping not to have to do that anymore but I was wrong. The washer does pop open after washing but nothing dries. It’s unfortunate.

Came with no info on what cyles to use and when to use. Aluminum pans came out looking like civil war relics. Clear drinking glasses were so streaked, you couldn't see through them. I got Samsung to send me a link that had all the info. $1300. and they make no mention of what detergent to use. Finally did research online and determined Cascade is best, already knew that. Three weeks in, had an internal leak.

Avoid this dishwasher. I have had this dishwasher for almost 5 months and it has had to have service twice already. First time the dishwasher stopped draining water. Between the wait for service and parts we are without a dishwasher for almost 2 weeks. Now today the exact opposite problem, no water going into the dishwasher at all. No error codes or warnings, the SmartThings app still sends notifications that it is working and at the end the cycle completed. Even though the dishwasher is completely dry and the soap is in the bottom. Opening the soap bin is the only thing the dishwasher is doing. The next service appt is a week away so looks like another extended period of time without a working dishwasher.
All we want is for you to have the best experience using your dishwasher.

The product doesn’t work properly. It’s had issues from the beginning and I haven’t been able to fix them. I’m not satisfied with the purchase and expected better quality. I don’t recommend it.

Delivered damaged; installer from Best Buy discovered this when he unpacked it - and, thankfully, immediately removed it. I was told it will take days to get my credit on this dishwasher and the connection kit required for it. Disappointing, to say the least. I am willing to give Best Buy another chance, which will come with a different new dishwasher around 22 August.

sort of like it. All the bells and whistles are great. But it doesn't fully drain at the end of the cycle. I have to 'force' the drain. It's not a big deal but considering the cost i have to wonder why this happens! Have to call the Squad to make it right i guess?

I would give this negative stars if I could I’ve had the dishwasher for almost a year it’s been broken since the second month Samsung sent someone eventually months later a never fixed it. The guy did more no call no show then anything else. Best Buy said there hands were tied till the manufacturer warranty was expired. Being a plus member did not help at all. Bad bad experience that cost a lot of money.

Door does not stay flat when fully opened

No adjustable tension for front foor. Does not stay flat when opened so have to push down in order to pull bottom rack out. Called best buy and they are doing a return and replace for same model. Hopefully it is just bad apple and eill provide update once new one is installed.

If by 'custom panel' they mean a sheet of colored metal, maybe. Very disappointed. Had to replace my kitchen after hurricane Ian. After being assured be the sales person that it would take a custom wood panel that matches my cabinets I now find out that it will not. Unfortunately I had to wait 2 months to get the cabinet company to find this out which put me outside the return window. More than happy to exchange it another model but... Have matching panels on the refrigerator next to it but will have to buy a 'custom' stainless steel panel. If Best Buy knew their products I could had ordered a different model or saved a couple hundred dollars and ordered a stainless model.

This dishwasher is awful, I have NEVER written a bad review but I feel so upset because this is the first time I have spent this kind of money on an appliance. The upper spray arm keep falling off, the racks are already broken, the prongs that keep the glasses in place are broke off, the biggest problem is that my dishes are always still dirty, the door does not open anymore at the end of the smart dry cycle which leaves a musty smell, I open up the dishwasher and it just stinks, literally. I have tried to repair things myself but it just doesn't work. I have had this dishwasher for 5 months, it just makes me sick.

BestBuy - not great. Arrived dented, promised a gift card instead of replacement. After 6 months of 10+ support calls, gift card still hasn't arrived. Buy this dishwasher from somewhere else.
