I honestly do not know how this dishwasher runs, because I did not receive it. I waited 4 weeks to get it installed and then they cancelled because we got 2 inches of snow. I understand bad weather rescheduling and have no problem with that, but when i called Best Buy, I was told I could not get this product until the 3rd week of April because its back ordered. The install team had my dishwasher with them but now its backordered. Very frustrated here.

Dish rack is flimsy. Plates tip over easily. Is quiet, however. Lots of tech that is really worthless.

Disappointing Dishwasher

Not the best design. We are super disappointed in this machine. We have a big household - 8 to 10 people on any given day - and this just doesn’t hold enough dishes per load. It might be a win for smaller families, but we liked our old dishwasher better.

Installation was a nightmare.
Plug was hidden and the hose is too long and keeps creating a warning from the washer that there is a water problem. No relief from the store when I advised them of several issues.

Didn’t even last a year and a half and they don’t make the parts anymore so even with the Best Buy total tech I have to buy an entire new dishwasher already. Waste of money. Would definitely not recommend.

It’s a good dishwasher and I’m happy with the purchase (and the wifi features), but the water in the dishwasher doesn’t fully drain, making the inside kind of smelly. Not that big of a deal, but a little annoying.

We had this dishwasher for a year and a half before it just completely died. Appliances aren’t meant to be disposable, but Samsung sales models say otherwise. Our home is only 6 years old and we also have to replace our Samsung refrigerator as well. We replaced the dishwasher with a Bosch and arent looking back.

Open Box / Store Demo FTW

We found a brand new open box unit that had been recently put on our local Best Buy’s floor. They were rearranging for the holidays so had this like 75% off. That discount plus the total tech free install made it a killer deal and I have no regrets. Works awesome also :)

Scheduled instal was fast and instal was great. Love the look, works great with the app, customer friendly features. BUT I have it 2 mo and it start glitching! Very unhappy

Parts break and don’t stay together

Parts of the dishwasher pop off regularly
The prongs that hold plates are made to collapse, but they just constantly collapse under the tiniest pressure
The adjustable top shelf only works in one position
The clip on sprayer doesn’t stay attached, and has to be re-clipped on every time
And, of course, Best Buy doesn’t have a return option available

Missing parts. Bottom legs are missing. Only 1 leg came with this unit. Best buy refused to help. Advised to deal directly with their distributor, which is a nightmare. Poor customer care. No more purchases from this store.

Never should you buy a samsung dishwasher. The horror stories are true and after 6 months of washing i have a puddle of water under my dishwasher. Thanks Samsung!

Store manager ordered our appliances, he left off the glass panels. We received a dishwasher, with no front panel. No apology, no remorse, could care less.

Dishwasher does not heat the water. Have to run hot water in my faucet prior to running the dishwasher
