Is skips cycles very often. Not very good at drying dishes either.

HORRIBLE. We bought this at the beginning of May and were told BB sold too many during the Memorial Day Sale... AFTER WE PURCHASED OURS!! We have been eating fast food for a month already and were just informed we will have to wait another MONTH!?!

SmartDry with Auto open door will never work!!

This is a yreat dishwasher BUT figure the smartdry function will work for a week if your lucky. If you get off the reviews and start reading about the problems you'll find that even Samsung does not know how to fix this nor will they make any efforts to do so. There are pages and pages of people with problems from this and not one time is it ever been fixed. You call and their tech don't even know what to do.
We understand that a dishwasher is one of the most used appliances in the kitchen.
We recommend taking caution not to clog the hot air outlet of SmartDry with dishes. A clogged outlet will not facilitate heat circulation and keep plastic dishes away from the hot air outlet of SmartDry as they are vulnerable to heat.

Disappointing! Excellent dishwasher but developed a leak in the front door withing the first 2 months. Best Buy has replaced the part already and has been out to my location 3 times now for repairs. The leak was back within a couple of uses after replacement.
Not what you would expect from a new appliance.

Run as far away from this dishwasher. It was delivered Dec 22 and by March 17 it crapped out. A mother board, relay switch, diverter motor were replaced and now a sump assembly might get the dishwasher working again. Best Buy won't exchange is and Samsung doesn't recognize the repair attempts by Best Buy and authorize a return!!

This is my second experience with a Samsung dishwasher, my previous Samsung dishwasher lasted 11 years with no problems I am looking forward to the same with my new one

Not even a month of having it i would recieve constant messages of a the washer having a leak my husband had to tear it apart to fix it which isn't what you do to a brand NEW washer. As far as the actual washing it does great although i dont know who gets the cerdit the detergent or the machine.

Dont buy! The dishwasher started leaking after 20 days of use and best buy refuses to let me return it. Still waiting for a repair. The dishwasher isnt silent either as advertised.

Pretty but poor design

Pretty but misses half the dishes on the top rack. Leaves soap residue and always has steam/water on the top where the controls are. don’t see tho don’t see this lasting past a year or two.

DO NOT buy Samsung appliances! They do not honor their warranties! This stoped working after being installed for 3 weeks. Now 2 months later Samsung still has no resolution. Best Buy doesn’t support what they sell either so go elsewhere and buy anything but Samsung!

Leakage sensor issues in 4 months

The dishwasher started having internal leakage issues just within 4 months of installing it. I also have the TotalTech membership which promises free service, and even after two technician visits, the dishwasher is still not working for over a month.
We want our customers to have the best cleaning and drying experience, ShivaV.
An error on your dishwasher indicates a problem. Some errors can be resolved on your own with some light troubleshooting so you can get your dishwasher back in working order again.

I am not very happy with this dishwasher. Therefore, I cannot give it a five star… It doesn’t clean even butter off of my knives! I would like to get this issue resolved!! If I could have a tech contact me so we can get this working correctly!!

Ran into multiple issues in less than an year
1. Trays had to be replaced.
2. Support for trays to be replaced.
3. Now it show LC Error and the machine won’t run.
I would not recommend this dish washer
We want you to be able to use your dishwasher for years to come.
