The dishwasher has been very good for us. Though when we first used it, it had a little trouble drying the dishes as much as I would expect, but it seems after a few loads of dishes and making sure we had enough rinse aid added, it now works quite well. Stainless interior is a plus. Most normal people probably dont need quite so many racks for wine glasses as this has, but they are easily removable for when we drink beer instead.

Don't be fooled. It is quiet as heck, and cleans and dries like a champ. We set it to sanitize at the end of the day each day and put our liquid dish soap in. By morning when I put the dishes away, clean and dry and spot free. We use the Finish Jet Dry too, always have. It works great! I am more than pleased! And it was not too bad of an install that we did ourselves. I love this new product!

At first I was skeptical as this is my 2nd time buying an open item (the 1st was a bit of an issue for warranty reasons, which is being resolved). This Samsung dishwasher runs quiet & allows multiple options on loading it. It doesn't come with the power cord and waterline, but does include the drain hose (which is another reason why I needed a new washer-the old drain hose cracked). A con to this item is the power source & waterline is located on the FRONT NOT the BACK. Based on where you have you're outlet I recommend you get a 3' extension cord for a 3 prong & head over to the computer department and buy a cheap pack of them Insignia Velcro Straps so you can neatly wind the slack on the power cord under the sink (or the side of the sink). Another con: You can't use the 7th Generation Natural Dish Liquid.... :-( A Pro for this item is that it gives you the option to select Sanitize or not, but the con based on selecting the "Normal & Quick+" option to wash your dishes is that its almost the same time frame to complete the wash. Pro: My last dishwasher was a Hotpoint brand that never had a "Dry" stage let alone a heater that was built in the bottom such as with this Samsung......This is a MAJOR PLUS for me. I give this 4.5 stars....Will be buying the 5 year GSP to protect this nice kitchen investment......P.S. DIY installation took maybe about 3 hours because of running around for an extension cord & issues of minor leaks & leveling.

Love the stainless tub and sleek design of dishwasher. This machine has all the major features that come with high in products. This was a great buy!

Easy to use and cleans great. The adjustable rack configurations are a great feature. Need a separate Utensil holder for serving spoons. The utensil holder needs larger squares to accomadate small plastic lids and baby bottle nipples.

What can I say? Its pretty, quiet, and roomy. Bottom shelf can be adjusted. It doesn't have a conventional heated dryer but it dries most of the water (wash at night, dry by morning) The prongs that hold the dishes seem a bit small to me. Always worry that a plate will fall over or something but mostly I am pleased with this purchase. Best feature - stainless steel interior. Last dishwasher had plastic interior which was horrible. Dishwashing liquid caked up on it and wouldn't come off. That's why I bought this one.

This dishwasher is gorgeous and does a PHENOMENAL job cleaning our dishes. My favorite part: It is about as silent as I have ever seen from a dishwasher. Where our last dishwasher sounded like a 737 taking off in our kitchen when we'd run it, I honestly had to open this one mid-wash a couple times because I didn't believe it was actually working properly...it's THAT quiet. Fabulous product, and would recommend to anyone.

This dishwasher is super quite during the washing cycle. It's easy to load and washes the top and bottom racks great. The only draw back is the drying cycle, it is actually louder than the wash cycles for some reason

This dishwasher is quiet and the dishes come out very clean. Easy to install. We run it two times a day and no issues yet.

When outfitting our kitchen, we went with topline appliance in all except for the dishwasher. We didn't go the least expensive, but the next one up. This has all the features we wanted without the big price tag. The look of the washer with buttons on front doesn't yell "high end" but its a dishwasher. It washes the dishes very well. It is fairly noisy, but it is equivalent to the advertised dB level. Again, for the price, it was a trade off for us that we were willing to accept.

This dishwasher is very quiet, does a great job cleaning, and fits many dishes. Great Buy!

I purchased this dishwasher because (1) mine began to leak and (2) this was actually in stock at the local Best Buy. I'm pretty happy with the choice; the dishwasher does a good job at cleaning the dishes (it has a built in disposal, which is excellent for me, as I refuse to pre-wash dishes). For the price I paid, the fact that it has a stainless steel tub is great. This machine was a little different than my previous Kenmore machines; the plumbing connect in the back and the electrical follows a channel under the dishwasher and connects in the front (previous machines had all connections in the front, and had open space to move connections underneath the machine. This machine is "solid" on the bottom. As such, I had to replace the electrical feed cord from the junction box to the machine (which I did). The only gripe that I have with this machine is that the racks have densely populated tines... meaning it can hold a many dishes, but it makes it awkward for pots and pans. I brought the machine home myself, and while the box was in perfect shape, after I unboxed the machine, there was a fairly large dent in the bottom right panel of the machine. When I phoned Best Buy, they told me to bring the machine back... nearly impossible after uncrating the machine. I had to argue a little, but they ended up giving me a discount on the machine, and I was able to bend back the dent to where it's mostly unnoticable.

I replaced my old dishwasher with this new Samsung, I installed it myself which took about an hour, it was quite easy, Samsung has done some new designs to make the installation much easier. It is so quite and does such a great job cleaning, it has an adjustable upper rack that we used during the holidays (very handy) when we packed it full of dishes. This is a great looking machine and does a fantastic job at any price.

This dishwasher replaces a Frigidaire. It works great. It is quiet, dishes shine coming out. No problems at all.

Very nice and quiet dishwasher. Must have rinse agent or it takes a while to complete a cycle. Cleans dishes very well.

has lots of room, runs very quiet. the only problem I have is that it does not dry completely, I always have to dry off dishes before putting them away.

We purchased this as a replacement. It does a good job. It does seem to take quite a long time to run the cycle. Haven’t had any issues.

This dishwasher is quiet! That gets five stars alone. It cleans well. At first I was concerned about the drying ability, but I increased the drying agent amount and all has been well ever since. I am only month in but all is well so far.
