Missing kick plate mounting bracket and has dents on front panel at the bottom

Great dishwasher, unfortunately the way the back is enclosed it did not fit in our space.

When my appliance was delivered, it came right out of the packaging with a very noticeable dent on the bottom left corner.

So far so good except there's a pool of water at the bottom that doesn't go away

The dishwasher is fairly quiet , holds a lot if items at once and easy to load. The dishes and glassware are sparkling clean and you do not need a rinsing agent at all The hidden buttons would be great if you have toddlers who like to push buttons and outside stays clean

For the price this is a pretty good dishwasher. It’s not very quite, but cleans our dishes very well. It’s easy to use with the buttons on the top panel. But there are two things I don’t like about this dishwasher….the way they configured the loading of dishes in the racks (both top and bottom) is really bizarre. The top rack has very small rows for an average coffee cup and the bottom rack has way too many “spikes” for loading plates and pots and pans. The spikes get in the way more then they help to separate dishes. If I could purchase new racks with a better configuration, I totally would. Second thing that bugs me…the detergent door takes 2 or 3 tries to close. Other then that….pretty solid dishwasher.

The dishwasher arrived on time and was installed professionally. This dishwasher is well built compared to my expensive old dishwasher. I love the strong racks and they are not plastic. Also the lids provided for the spoon compartments is a super nice touch. I love the interiors as they all are color blended and dont appear cheap. Coming to the sliding racks, they slide in and out super smooth even with heavy load on them. I like that. Coming to exterior, the dishwasher already got compliments from my friends that this appears to be a top of the line washer. Nice stainless steel with a modern design touch panel for all the controls. No more squinting eyes to read the lables on the control panes, they are on the top edge of the door. so its well lit and well positioned. It has all the needed smart cycles/hot/cold normal etc. And a lock feature is provided so you wont accidentlally hit the buttons. About the performance, I already am using the dish washer every evening. the dishes come out clean and dry thanks to the modern drying mechanism. Also the sound during operation is not much, I can hear it in the kitchen but it wont come till my bed room. It also has a delay start feature which I love. Overall an awesome dishwasher for a great price.

This is a reasonably price alternative that handles the job without all the bells and whistles found on the higher end models... one which this unit has replaced.. simple to install, easy to use, and quiet.

Our old Kenmore dishwasher was horrible and and so noisy. This Samsung is so quiet, you can run it during the day when you are working from home (on the phone or zooms) during quarantine. Love the soft chime it makes when it starts and when it is done. Can be hard to tell if it's started since it is so quiet. I do think the 60 minute "quick" wash is long since it still takes a few hours to run. Others said dishes do not dry, I don't mind, run it at night and they will be dry by morning. I agree this Samsung does not hold as much as other dishwashers. We are a family of 5 with everyone home and eating most meals at home. We may run it twice a day when we are cooking lots. Everything comes so clean!! Well worth the money if you can get it on sale. The racks and silverware holder are plastic (I will have to see how this holds up) but the rest of the interior is stainless steel, The rack tines do slant inward toward the water sprayers. All dishes come very clean and this machine does not use much water. I did have to get used to the new way of loading dishes. I do think my old one hold more, but nothing came clean. It is nice to have the controls hidden on top of door, makes for a sleek look. Door can look dirty if you have 3 teenagers loading the dishwasher at all times of day. Still I would recommend this dishwasher, the only thing I would change is I wish it would hold more since we are all home during quarantine.

Super quiet... Was easy to install.. cleans dishes well and very efficient... Easy to load and unload.. roomy... Did I mention it's super quiet...

We had an ancient whirlpool and finally replaced it with Samsung! The unit is so quiet and works amazing on all settings (dishes do come out completely dry with rinse aid). The rack design could be a little bit better to fit more dishes.. it's definitely designed for smaller/light weight dishes and glass ware. I removed one star, because the initial unit we received had a broken water intake valve. It took a week, many phone calls, and over 8 hours on hold with best buy to simply get an exchange scheduled. Customer service was definitely lacking, but once we finally got the replacement it was perfect.

Very quiet and gets my dishes clean. It looks sleek and like the buttons on top of the door. Very easy to use.

I've only had this dishwasher for a couple weeks but so far it's so much better than the one I returned. It's solid, gets the dishes clean, dries relatively well and fairly quiet. The only negative that kept me from 5 stars is the tongs are quite close together on the bottom rack which makes it difficult to place large pots or bowls but it's a trade off I guess for the other quality.

Needed to replace an old Samsung dishwasher and wasn’t picky. Was a little sad to find out the racks design completely different. Mostly my fault for not shopping around. Machine work great though! Almost silent and dishes perfect clean.

Nice dishwasher.......pretty quiet and cleans well. Easy to operate and lots of room.

I love this unit. I upgraded from a GE that lasted all of 5 years. This is WORLDs quieter than my GE was and cleans a whole lot better. My only complaint is the slots for the dishes are very close together. If you have large plates you may complain about this as well. We have thick square plates and its sometimes hard to get them in

I appreciate the design of this unit: easy to use, easy to load, easy to unload. I had no problems installing it, and am happy with my choice. It was part of a large appliance package, and it was one of the more-affordable choices to fit that 'family' of appliances.

I love my Samsung dishwasher. Great for the price.

very quiet, easy to use. i use express wash 1 hr. other washes are too long. difficulty seeing rinse window,no change in color or amt. cleans well

I would say that this dishwasher is fine. Does a good job cleaning and is reasonably quiet. The racks are a bit strange, our dishes don't quite fit.
