I wanted to try this product because I thought Samsung where great products. I purchase it in July 2017 for $899.00, 7 mths later this computer burnt out on me in January 2018. Had to take it to Best Buy where they had to replace the Operating System (OS). I lost everything, photos, important documents etc. Best Buy offered to save them for $149.00. I didn't accept that because I paid them to transfer my hard drive from my old computer to this computer and I didn't get all my documents back. DON'T BUY THIS COMPUTER!! Even the beautiful pictured screen is gone.

Unreliable crashes touch screen the worst ended up with a HP and it’s worse!

After 2 weeks of using the computer internal problems happened which could not be fixed.

Bought on faith of brand. Messed up within 1 week. Returned it and got identical replacement. Fourteen days later it went on the blink. Very annoyed with all the problems I had with this product. Will never buy a Samsung again.

This computer has froze up three times. It has done it's own repair two times and came back to using order. It has been froze up now since at least March 6th.

The PC monitor has a nice appearance, but a couple things you should be aware of that, unfortunately, I didn't realize until after I got home and had unpacked the box and set up the computer. First, this unit has no optical drive, so you can't watch a DVD or install software from a CD without purchasing a separate external optical disk. I've come to expect this on micro-thin laptops, but on a desktop/all in one, there is sufficient room to have one- in fact most of them do include them. Second, I assumed that the large rectangular cross section tube running across the bottom of the unit was a speaker/sub. That is not the case- I see a fan running on one end of it. It is really just a bulkier all-in-one than the others on the market. Third, and this complaint goes to many computers from mainstream manufacturers today, they come preloaded with dozens of programs (mostly games etc) that kids may thrive on, but for a more serious PC user/business user are time wasters because you have to spend time going through uninstalling all of them and their icons. It would be nice if they offered the option to add all of the extra fluff software or keep it "lean and clean".

So far this is an excellent machine it gets the job done with everything that I have attempted to do. it runs very quickly the sound is excellent and everything is seamless. Samsung did a great job, just wish they would include Word as standard software.

was so excited when this computer came out to the market because it looks amazing, i paid 1000 dollars as soon came to best buy, but its already the 3rd time that this computer breaks and right now is in service, its slow, and every time i get the computer back fixed, its worse, so stay away from this crap, samsung here didnt put too much on this computer so dont buy it,
