this is the 3rd of this make and model that I have purchased for our office kitchens. I have been very pleased with Samsung's quality

Fridge is perfect fit over all. Fits a large amount of food in both fridge and freezer. The sliding drawers in both fridge and freezer makes arranging & removing food easy. Compartments for everything you could imagine. Programmed so you don't have to fuss with anything. I LOVE My Fridge! I purchased the ice maker with it and it makes an over abundance of ice if needed.

We've only had the refrigerator for a short time but it is certainly stellar so far. The model may have icemaker issues but we don't use an icemaker. The size and features are exceptional at the price. The 10 year compressor warranty is very reassuring. We also bought the Free Geek extended warranty so have a full 5 year parts and labor warranty on most things.

The refrigerator looks great in our kitchen, and it has tons of space for everything

Fantastic fridge! Only problem is that the plastic covering over the stainless is impossible to remove completely and we still have little pieces of plastic sticking out all around the outside of both doors and freezer drawer. Makes it look a little ratty. We did read about this problem in a review prior to purchase and now know exactly what this person was talking about.

Love the black stainless color. Great space with lots of storage. Eady to clean. A bit noisy.

I love my new fridge. It lost a star for 2 reasons...first, they sold me a supposedly necessary $20 water line. It was not what I needed for install and the installers were useless as far as hooking it up. Second, my fridge is noisy!!! It makes all kinds of weird sounds, idk if it's because they didn't hook up the water line and it's trying to make ice or what...but I would have expected it to be much quieter. It's still very pretty though.

My mom loves it, she can store more in there and she likes the height & width of it and how cool it keeps it. She loves the different shelfs and sized and a drawer to keep freshness. The freezer is amazing with a good space as well. Overall good quality and very happy with it

This fridge is huge. We have a ton of space for all kinds of goods. The finish stays clean platinum. Ice maker is quite and it's nice having ice always available.

I would have given it 5 stars the only thing I am not happy with is when you close the left door it has a little flap that it doesn’t always open up, you have to close the left door super slow for the flap to open up then you can close the right side. That’s my only problem other than that I love my fridge super spacious and I love the layout.

I went back and forth between this and the more expensive KitchenAid. The salesperson was honest and said the Samsung was a better product. The KA costs more because of the label and the red handle markers. He said the makers of KA (at this price point) were the same as Whirlpool, Frigidaire, etc, which get bad reviews. Samsung was the superior product. So far we love it. Lighting is good. Layout is good. Had to get used to different ways of storing things as our last fridge was 25 yrs old and was a side by side. This is shallower in terms of depth, but far wider. It's easier to see everything at once and not lose track of items that end up spoiling. Sometimes I have too many tall beverage containers and have to lay them on the glass shelf on their sides. It keeps the temperature perfectly. I am used to a meat drawer, which this doesn't have. Feels odd to just put meat packages on the shelf. The only issues I have is the door open signal could be louder. Also one to two pieces of ice tend to fall out onto the floor or to the bottom of the freezer compartment when we open the freezer. If we open really slowly and push in the top freezer drawer as we pull out the whole compartment, the errant ice often will drop into the ice container. It's bothersome to deal with, and I wish they could've figured out how to prevent this. But not a dealbreaker. Just annoying. Otherwise, we're quite happy with this fridge.

This refrigerator has very clean look when closed. It is bright and spacious when open. There is a bright light in the top. There is a light in the fruit/veggy drawer. There is even a light in the freezer. All the drawers glide smoothly. The split shelves are easy to move to make it as efficient inside as possible. One shelf pulls out and one pushes half way in. There is also lots of space in the doors.

Love the size of the interior. I opted for no water/ice in door for cleaner lines. Ice maker seems a little slow, but will keep an eye on it. Thanks Best Buy for matching the price

So far I have owned this refrigerator for nearly a month, it performs fine as a decent refrigerator should be. It was delivered on schedule and in a good manner. Sometimes unknown noice could be heard even the ice maker off, however, it’s not annoying at all. This is one of best buys, I am happy with this purchase at good price.

Great fridge for the price (though missed $200 off timing). So much room inside and ability to store wide trays. Freezer allows me to see and reach everything with ease. See through shelves/trays help find items too. Turning off ice maker once half filled prevents cubes from falling in back. Very pleased with everything (except minor issue of not being fingerprint-proof).

I purchased this fridge about 1 month ago and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. I wish I would have gotten a smudge proof fridge because the kids fingerprints get all over it. It does make noise but its not as noticeable as some people may say. Especially if I'm in my living room watching TV, I don't notice it and I have an open floor plan space. It was a good buy at a good price.

I like this much better than my 12 year old Whirlpool top freezer model. I love how much easier it is to get things in and out of the fridge, and while the freezer is more of a pain with the rolling / sliding top shelf, I don't use it often enough for that to be a major issue, since the fridge is what we get into and out of most often. I like the concept of the wide deli tray, but the reality is that I hate having to open both doors every time I want to get something out of it. I wish they had made this maybe full width as an option by sliding something in place to lock two separate parts together, or disconnect them, and have two half drawers that could come out individually, so I can get at something without having to waste the energy of cooling off as much as I lose by opening booth doors. This thing is dead silent though, other than the icemaker, which is much quieter than even my 12 year old model I gave away after i got this. When it isn't making ice, I never hear a sound, and I sit in a great room with no walls or anything between my normal sitting place and the fridge. It's maybe 10 feet behind me, and I don't hear anything unless it's dropping the ice cubes. Love the silence. But the flipper part on the left door - it doesn't cover the full length of the opening, so I end up with either a gap on top, or a gap on bottom, that you can actually SEE INTO THE FRIDGE. So there's basically a hole all the time. I don't know if this is by design or just a defect with my part, since I've not heard back from anyone about my inquiries yet. So that's why I dropped a couple stars. Without the gap, I'd give it 4 stars solid.
