I couldn't be happier with this fridge. Even though it is the same size as my previous side by side fridge, this fridge holds more and is easier to organize, not to mention, how easy it is to find everything. I also love the pantry drawer. And the bottom freezer is beyond convenient to use! Very glad I got this

very good size fridge and love that u can store the gallons in the doors of fridge. Also the movable tray is a great feature!

I replaced my old two-door refrigerator with this one about 5 months ago. Compared to old one, I can see what are in the freezer section. Top section is wide, So I can store more than the old one. So far I have no problem with samsung refrigerator. If I leave the door open too long, it makes a sound, which is good feature.

The finish is great. I love that it has a button to turn the ice off when it’s getting too full. It also makes a beeping sound if the doors have been open too long or are not closed all the way to maintains the perfect temperature. Overall, I think it was a great deal!

Fridge looks good and operates as expected. Wish some of the spacing with the door shelves was better.

I bought this refrigerator to replace the jurassic on that came with the house when I purchased it. This one is much quieter and seems to run less often. Quite a bit of condensation inside and I've been told not to expect more than two years of use out of it, but so far everything is great!

Our 22 year old refrigerator died and we needed to get one as soon as we could. This had to be ordered but came in a few days which was not bad. First, the delivery techs were great and did a nice job of getting this through some narrow openings without any damage. They had to remove pretty much everything they could and reinstall, but they did a great job. Second, the unit does a great job of keeping the food cool and frozen, easy to access items, like the functionality of the door shelves and drawers. People have commented on the unit being loud or making noises. It does seem to make some more noises, but nothing that is bothering or distracting or that we had any issues with. This is out first French Door Refrigerator an having the freezer on the bottom, but really like it so far although it took some getting used in how to arrange things. So far I would recommend this, but it has only been about a month, so we will see if this can last as long my other fridge. 22 years is hard to beat!

This refrigerator was priced on the lower end of the french door type, but is very roomy inside and has several different compartments, even one you can set to a different temperature. Has a good sized freezer on the bottom. We love the black stainless steel exterior as well.

I love this fridge. Lots of useable room. I wasn't sure about the bottom freeze but as it turns out I really like it.

I needed another refrigerator in my kitchen for all the leftovers. This refrigerator is perfect for the purpose. I gave four stars because it makes noticeable noise compared to my other Samsung fridge. Other than that I am quite happy with this purchase.

Called Samsung customer service to report the loud cracking noisy 3 times before they finally agreed to send somebody over to check. It was a frustrating experience because the CSR's kept telling me the noisy was normal! A tech came and fix the issue in less than 30 min. Now it is normal because it is no longer making the loud noise.

Lots of room no searching for lost items in the back of the fridge. Great look great design

Very spacious, much better layout than the side to side doors. Wanted the model with water dispenser but was not available any longer when we had the appointment. Could not wait a month due to issues with old refrigerator.

Love this fridge, l love the water spigot inside , doesn’t take up a lot of space. Very large inside can put a lot of food and drink in it. Free er is easy to get stuff out too

Absolutely in love. Not only is it beautifully designed it keeps everything tasting so fresh. I highly recommend.

Didn't want the water and ice on the door as it take away interior space. This unit is large, quiet, well lit and works perfectly. Some say these units are problematic but that is why you buy the extended Geek Squad warranty! Looks good, works great. So far so good.

Love the color,amount of space and the shelves are really well designed for ea se of use.
