The shelves are deep enough for large trays and the led lighting makes it easy to find even the small items hiding in the back.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.doors don't close by themselves, no big deal, but they don't. had one odd problem and an act of god. previous owner put an energy saving adapter box where the fridge plugs in. after 2 weeks the box failed. got up at 2 am to get water and no power. it took me a while to figure out how to move the darn thing! if you buy a new fridge make sure it is plugged directly into outlet. the very next day at 11 pm the power went out for 2 hours. thank you Nevada power. the good news is that the fridge is huge and we are happy.

Bracing on shelves make them a little tight in the back but not bad. A Little noisier than Whirlpool but really just a background noise. We noticed a few scrapes and missing texture paint on the outside back that May allow rust to start, (it was covered with packaging tape) but it looks and works well. ... So far.

Nice fridge, poor support from samsung

After months of hassling with samsung to have it replaced they did finally replace it. The new replacement is great, but the bad warranty support makes me very hesitant to purchase future samsung products

Also when it was delivered their was a little screw laying in the ice box. No idea where it's from nor what it's for. But other than that awesome fridge.

It’s big, has a lot of space and looks good. However, the handles have fallen off twice. The first time was wishing the 30 day purchase frame so Best Buy came and took care of it. It happened again right after the 30 days and they wouldn’t take care of it. I had to call Samsung.

For this refrigerator model:
1. If the Vertical Hinged Section is reversed, put it back in the right position and close the door.
2. Moisture may appear at times on the Vertical Hinged Section.
3. The door handle may become loose over time. If this happens, tighten the bolts found on the inside of the door.

We love the pull out freezer drawers and the room up top. The refrigerator is easily accessible and we were able to configure the shelves nicely to fit our food buying patterns.
