This refrigerator is awesome. Has a great amount of space, and lighting. The configuration is just what we were looking for.

The item was delivered on the date as mentioned on the listing. This was very important for us because our old refrigerator broke down and we needed one urgently. The item is as described and with exact dimensions which was also important because we already had a cut out space for that dimension and it fit right in without any changes. I paid for haul away for older refrigerator which was promptly done. The service was very good and quick. Overall I am completely satisfied with the product so far.

Seems very spacious. Keeps everything at the right temperatures. Freezer items easy to keep and reach. Door open alarm nice touch.

We measured our space and the man at the store said for sure it will fit. Well guess what, it doesn't. there is some bulging that is on both sides which prevents it from fitting in.

This refrigerator is very nice and quite roomy. It has a ton of space for all your groceries and the freezer is awesome at the bottom

we bought this refrigerator on 9/23/17 at best buy for $1,099.00. settings set by manufacturer are good. frig is quiet. good looking frig. so far no complaints.

This refrigerator has everything I wanted. Freezer in bottom, ice maker and French door refrigerator. Has worked as promised

It is a basic refrigerator for those who do not need fancy touch screen. It works great for our needs. Spacious and efficient.

Lots of room I love the style and size I could fit everything plus more inside of there. Very happy with this refrigerator so far.

Had several delivered with dents. Found they had dents on the truck so no reason to offload them. Finally got one in pristine condition. After three such deliveries was promised a $100 gift card for my trouble but haven't seen that yet. Could be my fault since I haven't really asked about it. The only issue I have with this unit is it seems the freezer is too cold but that is better than the alternative and it makes ice cubes fast, probably because of that.

Bought this fridge because it was on sale. Has plenty or storage for both freezer and refrigerator compartments. Would definitely buy a Samsung fridge in the future.

Great looking fridge. Very sleek and modern design. It slightly loud every now and then but doesn't bother us much.

- The delivery by BBY was top notch. The crew worker fast, were very professional and clean. - Fridge is large. Access to food is good. - The fridge sounds a bit different than my previous LG that gave up the ghost after 12 years. I got used to it quick. - I did not have water hooked up so I am can't vouch for ice maker. - Temperature controls are good. - Black stainless steel will not be prone to yellowing or smudging like regular stainless steel or white. - 10 year warranty on compressor. - I am happy with it. No fancy LCD or other gimmicks.

Thinking of upgrading to the next size up becauae there is still space after installation. All in all its a good model

Spacious and looks nice. You can oversize your grocery shopping trips because you have plenty of storage. A big improvement from my previous model

Have had for a couple months now. Only problem was getting the ice maker working - it wouldn't start producing ice until I found online how to "reset" the icemaker via an obscure button on it. Since then has worked fine. The black stainless is awesome. I do hear the periodic, strange sound everybody talks about in the reviews similar to somebody throwing a rock against it. Doesn't really bother us, although it seems weird to disregard it as "normal." We got it on special at $1299 which is a great price for this refrigerator.

The description I read said that there is water and an ice maker but I looked inside the fridge where the water part usually be and there is none. I wanted a fridge that has a water device.
