They were happy to do this and made it easy. The new one seems to be working fine. Could not give a higher rating because of the first one being defective.

The only issue we've discovered is that the way the icemaker and tray are designed, sometimes cubes will fall out the back of the freezer drawer and then slide under the drawer. Other than that, and the fact that I hadn't measured some of the doors into our kitchen for delivery, it has been awesome.

The freezer at the bottom is a life saver for them. It’s super easy for them to get to all items and has lots of space. The ice maker makes plenty of ice for entertaining. The door has a alarm that if it’s open to long it will ring. This helps keeps those late night craving down to a minimum.
