The freezer doesn't ever get to the assigned temperature. I have a thermometer in there, and it has yet to reach 0 degrees, and sometimes it will be as high as 40 degrees, causing everything in my freezer to thaw out. I have had to throw away food a couple of times because it was thawed and I had no way of knowing how long it had been that way. The ice was a huge chunk, which I had to start over again. I will probably not buy it again if I replace this one. I'll go with a better, or at least a different, Fridge/Freezer system. I do love the doors though, lots of space in them, although I feel as though the space inside the main fridge portion could be better organized, so as to make better use of the vast amount of space.

This fridge is BEAUTIFUL - gorgeous stainless steel. It's also much quieter than any fridge I have ever had. We don't use the ice maker as it is used my husband's manacle/garage, so I can't comment on that feature, but everything else works great. No issues at all and I would highly recommend it!

I needed to replace my old, white, single-door refrigerator. The Samsung is bigger, well-organized, and almost pretty! I like the French doors and bottom freezer. I don't like cleaning smears on stainless so often.

The configuration of this fridge is great and spacious! The only thing to be careful of is the stainless steel doors dent very easily. I rested the corner of a cardboard box against one side while loading groceries into it and it put a small dent in it. fortunately this is a utility fridge for us so it doesn't aesthetically matter to us be it is something that would really bother me if it were our main event fridge in the kitchen. Other than that, it is a great price point and has been working well for the month or so we have had it.

Love this fridge. Plenty of room. Read reviews ahead of time, I was a little concerned with the comments about the popping noises but chose to go ahead and purchase it anyway. I do hear the popping noises but it doesn't bother me. It's a great fridge for the price

We are very pleased thus far with the refrigerator. The inside is spacious and well layed out. While there is no egg holder, this is a minor omission. We have experienced no issues with ice production, which was the one 'negative' mentioned in reviews we read ahead of the purchase.

Our old fridge freezer was done and we walked into pacific sales to reasearch, and we bought this one. For the size we wanted and the price this was a great deal. This is our backup in our garage. Very happy so far.

I was looking for a new refrigerator and was searching online for a best price. Only Best Buy had the best price of this type of Samsung Refrigerator. Its spacious, very contemporary and great looking. I would recommend it to anyone.

This fridge is the no-frills french door + bottom freezer. No water dispensor, but does have an ice maker (that can optionally be disabled by control panel). Temp settings are done behind doors as well as ice maker toggle. Worked well for us as we wanted the storage space but didn't need the water dispenser since we were using it as a secondary fridge upstairs. Freezer has a now-standard size bin that is plastic. There are holes on the sides, but the bottom is solid -- so less chance of a spill or mess if it defrosts. As the budget-full-size there is also no air-purifier. You can take this two ways as the filters are usually overpriced and require expensive replacements that a well-replaced baking soda box could emulate. There is a water filter for the ice maker, however. Nice built-in wheels are directional so its not going to be ultra mobile, but its more than adequete for basic placement and rolling back and forth for cleaning. This unit is stainless steel only so you will have to use the proper cleaning solvents to keep it oil-free. You will also have to do without magnets. Door ajar alert is a decent level, but so is the compressor. This is a little louder than our higher-spec'd LG, but you pay for what you get. Pay a few hundred more for the next model up if you needed the quietest model. Overall good value and I have no real issues with it.

The Samsung refrigerator is second to none, keeps foods to recommended temperatures in specific areas of frig. Soft lighting makes finding food at night a breeze. Ice maker works flawlessly. Prefer ice available outside frig.

Without having a water filtration/dispenser the interior has lots of space with draws for anything and everything. Draws pull out smoothly. Freezer also has lots of space and the dual drawers help keep things neat and tidy. No complaints. I’ve had the unit for a year. My only complaint is keeping the stainless steel clean, it says no smudge but that’s not entirely accurate.

This refrigerator does everything we want it to. It seems to keep food longer and at a lower temperature than our old one. The only drawback is it is kind of noisy.

My wife is loving the new frige (I wanted the one with ice and water dispenser). It makes ice well but you have to turn it off manually or the ice will overflow. It doesn't have a overflow shut off lever and the fridge makes popping sounds when it's cooling down. I thought I had a defective unit but I checked online and a lot of people are having the same problem with the same fridge.

I like the size of this refrigerator. Plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. I like that fingerprints don't show so that I don't have to constantly clean it.

Very roomy. We chose this model because we did not want the water and ice dispenser in the door. Very quiet running. Also, it is bright inside with the well placed LED lights.

This is our 2nd Samsung, good space for food storage. Great modern look, quiet unit. Fair price on sale

The Samsung refrigerator is awesome and it was a great price. I have read prior reviews about it being loud and I have not experienced any of those issues. Great refrigerator!

The item ordered was delivered as and when promised. The fridge did arrive damaged and Best Buy did make good on the situation; I am satisfied in that regard. The refrigerator is a little noisy with unusual knocks and groans. The knocks are pretty loud. Like a sharp strike from the back of the unit. I have not had the time to call the Geeks to investigate more.

Looks beautiful and design is nice and fits perfect for a medium size family. The only problem is that the refrigerator is noisy.
