    I love that it has separate compressors one for the fridge and one for the freezer. It keeps your grocery, meats and other foods fresh. Very elegant and energy saver. Great fridge and really good for the price. However, this fridge makes terrible sounds at night.

    We really like the design of this refrigerator. The three door unit is new to us but we adapted very quickly and really like it. The lighting is excellent in both the refrigerator and freezer. It is quiet when running although it snaps, crackles and pops as we later read about in the manual. Not too disruptive though. We are waiting for a call from Best Buy because the freezer door front forms condensate when humidity is high. They have been very slow in following up, which is a new experience fo me. Although the Geek Squad has never been a good service provider in my opinion, the in store service has always been stellar in the 25 years I have done business with them. I am not sure what the delay is on this issue. I will update this review when my issue is addressed.

    It's Pretty, But It Ain't Made For A Family

    This fridge is beautiful. It's also huge inside and the layout is convenient for storing things. It keeps food cold and holds its temperature well. Problem is that IT MAKES A TON OF NOISE!!! At normal operation, the fridge makes a loud clicking sound from time to time. It turns out that this is normal...says so in the manual. I didn't learn this until later, but when the compressor needs to work in "high capacity" the fridge makes a sound like something is hitting something else inside the refrigerator. It's loud enough to hear over the TV and it's loud enough to wake someone up from sleeping...really. Originally, I didn't think to look this up in the manual, since a noise that loud shouldn't becoming out of a relatively quiet and large household appliance. ...but I'm getting ahead of myself. So the fridge keeps making these loud noises, so I call the Geek Squad, since we bought a Service Contract with it. They were great at sending someone out, but all the technician did was move the fridge away from the wall, he said it was too close for proper ventilation. Then he showed me the manual that describes the exact thing I was hearing, and told me that there was nothing wrong with my fridge...that is was just working normally. Seems that with a family of 4, the fridge is working in "high capacity mode" all the time, So...my $1,800 fridge makes loud noises...and it's normal. Sheesh, I may very well return the thing.

    This fridge is nice but it runs loudly. Very spacious for a family of four. Freezer can get a little tight if buying in bulk. Does capture a few finger prints... but the worst thing about it is that you can hear it fill the ice maker, dump the ice, and kick on to maintain temperature. If you have an open concept living room/ kitchen, you are going to hear it all day long.

    The refrigerator has ample space and good placement on shelves and drawers. The biggest issue we have is the amount of noise it makes. Sometimes it aounda like someone is in the house when suddenly doors clank and other components move. Don't know how Samsung has this as an everyday thing.

    Basically this is a nice fridge and has much more room that the side-by side we had before. Everything is much more accessible and the fridge keeps everything quite cold. However there are two problems: The thin drawer that spans the full width of the fridge was poorly designed. Even after Samsung replaced it, it still won't go in straight more than 2-3 times before falling off its tracks. You can see underneath that it doesn't have anything to keep it from cocking sideways so the rollers fall out of their tracks. Also when you close the French doors, the fridge sucks air in to force the door seal to tighten. Sounds good, but it causes a whistling sound for about 30 seconds. My wife says it "cries" when we close it. In our quiet home, it's annoying. The repairman said it's just the way it's made and there is nothing they can do.

    Pros: Lots of room, interior is well-lit, internal water dispenser, makes ice quickly and store a sufficient amount of ice. Cons: It is NOISY. It makes very loud pops and snaps unlike any fridge we've previously owned.

    My unit made all kinds of noises and the sliding deli drawer would not stay on track from the beginning. The freezer was too small. Only thing I loved was the water dispenser being inside the unit vs on the outside.

    The unit holds temperature well. Plenty of space for everything. Internal water and ice allows more shelf space. It is loud and makes strange noises. Do not know if something is broken or not working. Never heard a unit make those sounds before. Easy to access freezer.

    Most of the reviews I read stated the fridge was noisy some stated loud, but the price was well within reason and the fridge aesthetically sound. The refrigerator is noisy compared to others I've owned in the past. It makes up for it in the practicality sense, its aesthetics and price.

    The unit is attractive in gloss white and looks more expensive than it is. It is considerably louder than the 20 year old refrigerator it replaced. The left side door really shouldn't be opened alone because it rubs against the right door and makes it slightly open when you open it, then it hits the right door when it closes. Those issues are due to the "flap" which seals the refrigerator when doors are closed. Ice maker claims capability to make 10lbs of ice per day. I have yet to see it fill up the ice tray in a day, so that is a false claim by the manufacturer. I didn't buy it for its ice making capabilities, but thought it was worth noting.

    Good sized refrigerator with movable half shelves. One shelf retracts into itself, which is great for the occasional over-sized bottle or two. Door shelves are sturdy and large, holding gallons of milk, juice, etc. The internal water dispenser is not as convenient as external, and will drip water into the fridge, if you don't wait a second to remove your cup after it shuts off. It is also placed so close to the shelving brackets that it can be a challenge to get water with an over-sized cup or water bottle. In all, they are minor conveniences that may require a little bit of patience, but are not big deals. The freezer is fairly large, with a rolling upper drawer for ice and smaller items but the drawer extends out every time that you open the freezer, so getting items from the bottom can seem like there is a second door to open, which can be annoying. In all, it is a good refrigerator

    Little disappointed in Best Buy thus far, I purchased the fridge, installation was great, customer service was great but I started having issues with the fridge already, and the "Geek Squad" that they are so eager to mention hasn't been helpful so far...The fridge makes humming and squealing sounds, and the ice stopped working in the freezer a few days ago, we did not purchase the extended warranty (I never do). Note to everyone; make sure that you call within 30 days of something going wrong after purchasing. (And it's from the day PURCHASED, not delivered). Otherwise you need to deal with the manufacturer...geek squad makes it very clear that "you should have purchased the extended warranty"... Let's see what happens.

    I truly do love this fridge! The space and features are exactly what I wanted and needed!! The only problem is that the flap attached to the left-hand door that is supposed to slide into place when the door is closed and close the gap between the left and right doors does not sit tall enough to catch the guide at the top of the fridge. This means that it does not close on its own. I have to pull it into place when I close the door, otherwise there is a gap between the doors that lets all of the cold air out. I've requested service, but the lady on the phone didn't seem to think this was a real concern. It may not be to her, but it is to me!

    Doors are out of alignment from factory. Can see into fridge with doors closed. Having replaced. Fridge is very noisy when running. 3 times as loud as my 15 yr old fridge it replaced. Not just when ice is dumped but almost all the time it is very noisy. Fridge has a great finish on it, finger pro he wipe right off. Bb geeksquad installed and did not notice gap in door and they also did not level the fridge as promised, legs were still all the way up after they left...Doors are also hard to shut compared to my last fridge

    Love the space in this fridge. Enjoy the ability to put 4 gallons in doors. Water dispenser is awkward but useable. Caution as it will drip several drops after use. No harm though. Ice maker produces a fair amount including ones it throws over edge into bottom of freezer. Stainless steel Like all but high end needs the usual cleaning. THIS FRIDGE KNOCKS JUST AS ALL REVIEWS STATED!! This is reason for 3 stars. I would buy again as knocking with time will be ignored. If it didn't knock or drop ice into lower freezer under drawer , I would rate a full 5 stars.

    We had to return the machine twice. the first had a problem with water dripping inside flooding the door. The second machine had a shot compressor. we reconsidered and purchased another brand. Other that these problems we like the style space and ease of use. it did protrude far into the kitchen as it has a depth of 36inches
