I love this refrigerator and the storage and freezer space. Had to replace it 2 times before I got an icemaker that would work

I wasn't expecting to buy this, but seen it was an open box special, that I couldn't walk away from. This is by far the nicest refrigerator I have ever owned. There is plenty of space, and being allowed to move the racks, and slide them makes it very convenient. I love the storage area that can hold meats, wines, soda, or anything else. It keeps our soda to the right degree, and has plenty of room for about four 12 packs. The freezer drawer located at the bottom has plenty of storage. This has refrigerator has a nice appearance to it, and made our kitchen look so much better. Have not had any problems with it, and a very happy customer.

Love everything about the refrigerator except the popping noise which appears to be the ice maker. The condenser hums quietly. Love the door in door. Like the freezer at the bottom with sliding doors which make finding items easy. Spacious and appealing. Only downside is the occasional popping noise which the manufacturer indicates is due to the ice maker. Otherwise very happy with the appliance.

Can not believe how wonderful our refrigerator is! Black stainless is the way to go! Shows less finger prints than regular stainless. The middle draw is perfect for adult beverages!

The sales man was so professional and customer oriented person. He helped to get a great deal of longer finances period of years more than expected. Perfect services of sale and installation on time delivery for top niche appliances. Great Best Buy beats all market prices.

The Samsung 27.8 cf 4 door refrigerator was the best practical purchase when we upgraded the kitchen appliances in our new home. the fourth drawer has become the drink cooler and does an exceptional job in that regard. Additionally, the appliance is very quiet and maintains food at the appropriate temps. I've been through power outages without loss of temp even after 48 hrs. One issues we have is that the ice maker chews up the ice when it expels in addition to cloudy ice. We've provided that info to the Geek Squad and they will be coming out to rectify the problem.

Upon deliver, one of the doors was damaged. Instead of returning the unit, Samsung came out a week later and replaced the door. We had already emptied out our old fridge and didn't want to redo everything. The fridge has adequate space to hold everything in our 4 person household. The drawer is a very nice feature as well as the door-in-door. We have wheelchair bound family member and this fridge is a great help. PROS: Excellent cooling and space. Great middle drawer CONS: Samsung techs told us not to use the Energy Save feature in areas of high humidity as it causes the seal between the two main doors not to close all the way.

Not experiencing any of the problems others are having. Fridge is quiet, makes occasional popping noises due to ice maker, runs great, and is pretty to look at. Wife is happy =)

I had it for a month and so far its been working great. It looks beautiful and its well designed. I love how it has all the newest functions and technology and its real easy to use. I have no doubt I made a good purchase. I recommend it to everybody. Samsung makes an excellent product.

I simply love this refrigerator. I have a no problems and have had it for a year now. I love the look of the black stainless. Shows no fingerprints.

So far so good! Love the flex drawer for my drinks. Black stainless is great, although it still shows fingerprints, it's not nearly as bad as regular stainless.

Love the space in this refrigerator. The easy access door for frequently used items is nice. The black stainless steel color is beautiful. It does not show fingerprints!!!!

The black stainless is very easy to maintain and looks great in our kitchen. The controls are easily accessible and user friendly. The beverage door is a nice addition so you're not opening the main refrigerator door just to get a cold one. The only thing they could have done better is to configure the shelves better to accommodate taller items. When you use the area on the right for taller containers it blocks some of the shelf in the back making the area hard to use. Other than that we're very happy with it. It is definitely a very nice refrigerator and I'm sure you would be happy with this one.

Had previous kitchen fridge for over 10 years. It was a full side by side. We just love the mix of side by side up top with freezer drawers and variety drawer in the middle. Amazing room and flexibility of the shelves up top, much bigger than realized with the improved design of ice maker. We can buy months worth of groceries for a family of four and have no problem with the space in this roomy fridge.. Samsung has outdone themselves with this one. And I love the black stainless....If only my Chefs Collection dishwasher waterfall came in black stainless, then the whole set would match.

We had a great deal with this refrigerator although it took a while before it was delivered because they delivered the wrong fridge the first time then the second one has a broken door then they cancelled the order in which I have to go back to west covina store to re-purchase. The person who originally sold us the appliances named Marlene was not helpful at all. After we bought complete kitchen package and we complained about providing the wrong item, SHE DIDN'T HELPED US AT ALL. It was another person named James who patiently helped us. Product is great but the service? Frustrating.

Hesistant about another Samsung product since there were issues with our last one..however, Samsung has the best layout and functionality for our family so giving it another shot. We use the door in door all the time which is a great feature. One thing to remind your delivery people when they are leveling your fridge...if freezer is on bottom, make sure the drawer doesn't roll back in on its own...when we open ours have to hold it open because of the angle they leveled it. Easy enough fix but wish we would've checked when they were here!

The fridge is amazing! I love everything about it. It's very spacious and I love that the freezer is on the bottom and frozen things don't fall out on my feet anymore. My only complaint is that I wish they would have done a better job of cleaning it before delivering it because there was something nasty growing in one of the drawers and on a shelf but other than that the Best Buy guys were polite, on time, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks so much!!

Love the new fridge. The snack drawer is a hit with the kids. They love the view door. I enjoy the extra space! LED lights ensure every inch of the fridge is illuminated. The metal cooling is a wiz at getting things chilled down to temperature quickly.

Love the versatility of the shelving and of the drawers. Overall it looks great. Downside is that the icemaker isn't very good. The ice that comes out is not completely frozen.

Before we starting our shopping for new Refrigerator. We were debating between a Samsung and a LG refrigerator. we had completely different fridge but we were looking for bigger size and were not happy with size but product was great. but we finally decided on this model because of the size, the looks and the features. we kind of saw some reviews and they were convincing to take on this model. Our fridge we hardly hear that it is running as far as the noise. ice is great (full ice & crush) great options to have them available. great ice maker fast and plenty. The only thing that i notice is the water after more then 16 oz of water the system re-starts on you. size is bigger nice refrigerator. So much space for everything and the ligthing is also great. Your items are always nice and cold. we love the extra drawer that converts to freezer or just lower temperature for your veggies or other items that don't need to be frozen. Well, we also like the convenience of the flip up shelf and the sliding shelf! So very glad that we went with Samsung item. we also like the french door style. and Yes we will recommend it to you. we are happy with our purchase.
