After some issues with the delivery, we were able to enjoy our fridge! It was definitely a step up from our old side-by-side. Loving it so far...

Not crazy about how far the top two doors dont open wide enough. Makes it hard to maneuver when one side is shut. Freezer has two sections in it, sometimes forget seeing that it does not always slide out together. I like the preview door, still getting use to it. And the cold storage we are liking alot that it has different settings for different types of food.

The black stainless steel is awesome. It looks fantastic in our white-look kitchen.

Works great and has a lot of storage. My only complaint is its kind of loud but wee used to it now

We have food lasting a lot longer than our last fridge. Love the exact control over temp for the unit and the separate drawers. Really love the door in a door. No need to open the whole fridge and lose all that cold for a glass of milk or a couple of eggs. Same for the middle drawer, load it with snacks and the kids will find em quick instead of standing there looking around a whole fridge.

We bought this fridge a month ago and we have LOVED it! It has a lot of space. It is very quite and really keeps everything very cold! love the middle drawer. This is very useful for drinks. Love it and would not change it for the world!!!!! The only bad thing on it and it's not really bad, if you are short you cannot reach all the way to the back of the fridge. :)

I had forgotten what it was like to actually have food that is cold. Love the convenience of the extra drawer. The only negative is that it doesn't crush ice as well as my old frig.

We bought this after looking at MANY others. It actually was discounted due to 2 small dents in the freezer. The lighting in the refridgerater is easy on the eyes. The shelves are sturdy and adjustable. The drawer that is between the top and bottom is perfect for our family. We can use it as a wine fridge or for meats and cheese. Ice is medium size. Freezer holds much more than expected. Overall, great buy!

This fridge is spacious, well-designed, and beautiful! The only flaw is the ice-maker. When you press the button, it takes quite a while for the ice to actually come out, and it comes out in small bursts of misshapen ice cubes. For the amount of money we paid, I would expect a little better on this particular feature. Otherwise, very nice fridge.

Overall, I am very pleased with this refrigerator. It looks great and we actually use all the features it offers. I really like the 4th door and the ability to configure its temperature for whatever I need. Inside the refrigerator, it is bright and easy to see everything. The showcase door is nice to quickly grab some butter or creamer for coffee, or whatever. The 10 year warranty on the compressor is comforting.

I really enjoy the versatility of this refrigerator. The black stainless color is just overall amazing. When you put things in this refrigerator, they get cold.

It's very spacious, simple digital control panel on outside, and I love the black stainless.

Really like to give 4 1/2 starts instead of 4. It's a great refrigerator that we absolutely love, but it's minus the star because of the ice maker. Heard they can sometimes be a problem, and this one constantly freezes up after only 4 or 5 months. Have to chisel the ice out, but it's under warranty. Love everything else about the frig

I love the black stainless finish. The middle drawer is perfect for keeping soda and water at -1. I should have rather had the smart fridge in the door over the right side that has the option to open into the door ir fridge...never use it. Im not in love with the interior layout. I could fit more in our previous fridge which was much smaller.

When starting the look for refrigeraters we looked at many. My husband and I came across this black stainless Samsung and instantly fell in love. The look and the capacity beats the rest for a reasonable price point my favorite feature is the in door drink holder so you don't have to open the entire refrigerater Door to grab a drink. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a new refrigerater!

We love the beverage drawer, style, & the new graphite finish. It goes well with both stainless steel & black appliances. We did a lot of research on style, brand, & price.

We purchased this refrigerator just after Christmas, 2016 and absolutely love it! The middle drawer keeps our meats and soda super cold and our fruits and veggies last so much longer than in our old one. The adjustable shelves are perfect for accommodating all the extra food when we have barbeques and dinners. It looks beautiful in our kitchen and now all our children want us to buy them one.

Love the Samsung Refrigerator, well made product , we've been waiting 2 years to get one for our new house and have had our eye on this one from the begining
