Love the drawer for holding quick sandwich making items and drinks! The door in door is easy access to things - especially butter for things like waffles, toast or English muffins! I still haven’t looked to see if I can lock the temperature on the middle drawer. I hope I can because the kids can press the buttons to change the temperature.

The fridge is great, lots of room for the kids snacks in the middle drawer, and easy access to the milk and such is nice. My only complaint about it would be that the water constantly drips from the water dispenser. We have hard water in the area so it's a real hassle to remember to check and wipe off water drips multiple times a day.

I replaced a perfectly good refrigerator with this Samsung model because my old refrigerator was so noisy. This refrigerator is everything that I hoped it would be. It is incredibly quiet and a huge improvement over my old one. If I could give it a 10 plus I would. It is spacious, well designed, attractive and most of all, QUIET.

Had the fridge for about 2 months now and no problems with icemakers or fridge. Will update if we do. The door within a door works well when you just want to grab a quick drink or small condiments. Only thing I wish is there were more slots to raise and lower the shelves to fit taller items (just a tad tight fitting in a ketchup bottle)

Was skeptical of the middle drawer and the two-way door on the right (forget what they call it). But we use those all the time. Very practical. Lots of room. We always overstuffed our fridge--this one has even us beat. Easy to keep clean. Nice and bright inside. No issues nearly a year after purchase. Great buy and a friend has bought the same one.

This refrigerator is energy efficient and works well. It has great capacity, keeps everything cool, and has an ice-maker on the side compartment that sometimes freezes if you don't use ice often (like me). Otherwise this is a great applicance and a must-have in the kitchen.

So happy we waited for this model and got what we needed. Best fridge ever. Food seems to stay fresher longer. Great freezer space for this unit as well.

This is a great buy for my family of 5. We needed a big fridge with multiple options. It shifts to fit just about anything you need in it.

Plenty of shelf room allows you to view entire contents without moving and removing items. Love the roomy bottom freezer (hated my side by side freezer; too small). Middle drawer great for wine or snack food. Door in a door great for drinks; prevents all the cold from escaping. Absolutely love the black stainless steel as it is attractive and does not show fingerprints.

This purchase was originally made out of necessity, but now I am disappointed we didn't buy it during the holiday sale when it was even less expensive! It runs so quiet sometimes I wonder if it's still on. The dual freezer drawers are super convenient and the storage space is above average. Overall just a great unit and the best appliance I've ever bought.

Overall good product. The water dispenser has no measuring option, and the ice maker does not detach to come out of the freezer. These are both options we had on our old fridge that we miss now. Also the door closure is a bit odd. You really have to push the doors to make sure they close. Lots of space, and like the finish

MY WIFE AND I LOVE THIS FRIDGE, ROOMY, QUIET, SPOT ON TEMPERATURE, VERY CONVENIENT TO ACCESS EVERYTHING. ALL REFRIDGE/FREEZERS SHOULD BE MADE THIS WAY.

This refrigerator is great. It gets very cold quickly and the middle drawer works perfect for keeping drinks at the optimum temperature.

Easy to use; very professional looking; functions as described; convenient to access drinks "fast;" love the ease of using the freezer.

I purchased this refrigerator because of its reviews but quickly became disappointed in it. I am currently on my second unit. The first one that was delivered had a bad water line system. It was a dud on delivery. It wouldn't produce ice or release drinking water despite being correctly hooked up. The unit was replaced. My second unit has a few issues. First, the sliding drawer in the middle (which can be used for meats, drinks, etc.) constantly jams. It can become cumbersome process to get it to close much of the time. Second, you cannot use the eco-efficiency mode (i.e. power saving mode). If you do, condensation builds up on the rubber seasl where the french doors close together. It will leak onto the floor and will get flung all over the place when you open the doors. This issue is mentioned in the instruction manual as a possible problem you might experience. The solution is to turn off the power saving mode. Thus, the feature is useless. Lastly, if you get crushed ice from the unit there will be residual ice residue that collects inside the unit (around where the rubber seal is that feeds from the ice maker). This ice will melt and the water will collect in the little excess water tray on the front of the unit. As soon as you open the door to the unit the water will get flung all over your floor. If I had to do it over again, I would have purchased a different brand and model.

I Love, Love, Love this Samsung refrigerator! The room it has. The shelves that slide back and lift up make it perfect for storing anything. And the energy efficiency it provides by having the deli drawer and the half open front door are savings in your pocket. The room in the bottom freezer compartment, with a full slide drawer, amazed me! It's a beautiful work of art!

This frig is the coolest appliance I've ever seen. The lighting (shades of blue) is awesome inside. There is a half door that allows you to get the things you use all the time easily. The ice maker works really well. Food inside stays fresh. Shelves are adjustable. Love this frig! It's flippin' expensive but it's a 20 year frig for us so it's worth it.

This fridge is beautiful, has great utilization of space, keeps constant temperature, and never runs out of ice. Very pleased to date!

Went from side by side to this French door with bottom freezer. We much prefer the layout.
