This is an awesome refrigerator. It has lots of space great features. The black stainless steel looks awesome. The stainless steel metal cooling in the interior of the fridge looks great also. The fridge runs very quiet, although you will hear typical ice maker noise. If you don't like it just turn the ice maker off. Some units have faulty ice makers, not all. Get the protection plan and you won't have to worry about that. Overall it is an awesome refrigerator, only the similar Lg model can compete.

I bought this refrigerator a few months ago and love it! I read the reviews and saw that the ice maker is slow and crushed ice really isn't that crushed, and have found that to be true. It's not a deal breaker for me since the other features far out weigh the ice maker. Love the light inside, the amount of space is huge! I love the flex drawer...use it more than I thought I would. I also love the door in the door for frequently used items. I was concerned the freezer was smaller than my old side by side, but seems to be the same size and everything is easy to see and find.

It's an OK fridge lots of room, adjustable shelves, i love the black stainless steel. The down fall is the doors are not leveled properly one door is higher than the other. I called to get the problem fixed and they set up a re installation so they can come out and fix the problem. After about 35 minutes the men were unable to fix the problem so they told me to contact customer service and have them sent out a replacement. Aside from the doors not properly matching its not a bad fridge at all.

I got this fridge and have loved it a lot. The best thing is the quick door. The metal on the quick door is great. You can tell the milk stays colder. Love the ice maker. sometimes a little ice misses the glass. The metal in this fridge in the middle drawer is awesome too. That middle drawer keeps my fish and meats fresher longer. Even the drawer in the fridge keep the veggies fresher longer. Used to have lettuces go quick in my old fridge. Now lasts twice as long in this fridge. The color is great too. Love the black stainless. doors all open wide and the lights in there are bright. Great lights. Very bright so you can see. Its easy to find things in this fridge. The only thing that I don't like is the Ice area takes a little space out of the door. Needs more door room. I have to put some of the stuff I had in my other fridge door, I have to put on the top shelf of this fridge. So I have a row of condiments and sometimes you have to move stuff around to get something out. There is plenty of room on each shelf. I would get this fridge again. Freezer draw opens to a large drawer. I can get all my stuff in it. I like that the ice maker is not in the freezer. Gives you more room. All in All hope it lasts a ling time as the price was higher for a fridge. But in the price range as other fridges with these options. The metal in the fridge does help keep things cold and it does help get the fridge cold and keep it there. I would get this fridge.

This fridge fit the same space as my old one, but has 2 more cubic feet of storage. The flex drawer is great for us as we put our canned and bottled drinks in there. Hard to believe how many fit. There's always a variety of cold drinks ready.

I am very happy to have purchased this unit. I bought it as part of a whole kitchen package, and it is my favorite appliance from the pack. The black stainless steel is very sleek, definitely a nice change from the normal stainless steel, which in turn makes it unique. The fridge itself has more than enough space for food storage, and everything is very easily accessible. The only thing I did not like was that because my unit does not fit snuggly into the wall-space in my kitchen, you can see the white model/serial number sticker at the very bottom of the fridge (I find this placement a little odd, but it's nothing to deter you from buying this unit, just personal preference).

Purchased black-stainless model. This appliance matches our other solid black and all stainless appliances perfectly. The appliance is too new to comment about its long term performance. The ice maker is loud when it drops the cubes in its bin but it works and what do you expect?...silence? Keep in mind it only happens after you use it. Purchased from Best Buy because the price of the fridge and extended warranty was the lowest in town. Geek squad delivery and installation personnel were professional and respectful. Excellent service.

The refrigerator performs as advertised. I love the control I have over temperature and humidity in different compartments. The black stainless looks great and fingerprints don’t stand out. The built in digital thermometers for the refrigerator and freezer keep me assured that all of my food is being stored at the correct temperature. The large capacity ice maker is a plus when we are entertaining, and the door alarm has already saved me from accidentally leaving the door cracked when I got busy and didn’t noticed that I did not close it all of the way. Bottom line… I love it!

To start, the fridge looks great. If like stainless appliances, this will make a great addition to your kitchen. We switched from a side-by-side, to this, and I really like the additional space. The quality seems really good, and the buttons for the dispenser, support touch activation, so you don't even need to press on them, which will prevent them from wearing out early. There are a few negatives though. They say it should prevent fingerprints, yet we keep getting smears, and marks on it (but wipe off easily). When getting ice, from the dispenser, it seems to throw ice to the left, often missing your container, unless it has a wide opening/top. The shelves, behind the dispenser, are very shallow, and kind of pointless. Several of these items, I knew going in, so I don't find them as big of a deal. One other thing I realized, after setup, was that the quick access door seems like kind of a waste, if you are hoping it will save power. When you open it, it's almost the same size as the actual door, and there is nothing covering the other size of the door. So, you are essentially creating the same opening, as you would if you just opened the whole door. These doors used to have something, on the other side, to limit how much air could transfer from the main area, when accessing those front shelf items. I'm still waiting to see how this holds up with time, because all the pretty electronics concern me, but for now, I really like the upgrade.

I LOVE MY NEW 4 DOOR REFRIGERATOR. THE BLACK STAINLESS STEEL IS JUST BEAUTIFUL AND LOOKS GREAT EASY TO WIPE UP. THE MIDDLE DRAWER IS PERFECT FOR SO MANY THINGS..THE BOTTOM FREEZER IS GOOD AND HOLDS A LOT. THE FRIDGE PART IS LIT UP AND SHOW ALL IN IT. NICE TO HAVE FOOD AT EYE LEVEL. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS 4 DOOR SAMSUNG TO ALL. ENJOY USING THE ICE AND WATER MAKER. MAKES SOME NOISE WORKING SO NEED TO GET USED TO IT. SO FAR HAPPY WITH IT. VERY GLAD WE GOT IT AT BEST BUY.

This Samsung replaced a side by side Frigidaire that was 19 years old, ran all the time and it's operations were very audible!- though we never had to fix anything on it and it still did the trick, I was sick of digging around in the narrow cavities to find things and it was very out of date on efficiency. This is a 4 door Showcase black stainless steel. [stainless with a charcoal overlay] We've had it about 6 weeks. It's working well, very quiet, only a few soft sounds now and then. I enjoy the roominess and the choice of adjustable shelves. The 2 bins keep the veg and fruit very nicely, all manner of things fit in well. I love the in-between drawer. I chose the meat/fish setting and we keep lunch/deli meats, fresh burger, fish, ckn, etc. in there, as well as cake type items and candy we like firm- taffy, turtles, m&ms. It works great! A few things on a sad note - it's true what many reviews say, the ice-side door storage is very awkward. I prefer all like items put together and I couldn't manage that. It all depends on what kind of items you keep, I guess. We love the shallow outer door, but only the bottom shelf extends out- the next one up looks like it has the mechanism, but does not extend. Would be handy. When I complained that the freezer tray stops short and it's hard to see into the back, my husband said if they made it so that it came forward further, then when it was pushed back, it would cover more of the main drawer. so, ok. I like the setup of the touch screen - it's simple and works well, though the chimes should be a louder, especially the open door one. I left the door open for a test, and could barely hear it standing 4 ' away. The water is always nicely cold. We haven't been able to try filling anything but a regular glass with water or ice, because my 97 year old mother lives with us, and my husband had to fasten a cut off plastic cup up under the opening so she could guide her glass onto it- to save me mopping the floor every day. ha. My one real disappointment concerns the ice. It does keep up on production. We use lots of ice and I was concerned about that. But !! The cubes are a tad smaller than our old unit and much less hard. They melt in no time. I've had more watered down soda and drinks in the last few weeks than the last 19 years! [ it doesn't matter in the iced tea] I'll have to look into that. Does it depend on the freezer setting? I don't know where the icemaker gets it's temperature setting from. If it has its own dedicated setting, they need to change that !!! We're overall very happy with this unit. It's a beautiful piece, running along smoothly, looks fine in place and is not to dark at all. I'm sure we'll get used to the little issues. Well, the ice might bug me for quite a while.

Fridge is accurate, and works well. Ice maker is a bit slow, and takes up a large amount of the door, but overall have plenty of space. Happy with it so far

So much space, I don't even know what to do with it all! Does not show fingerprints, the water comes out super cold. The delivery guys were great and showed off all the features.

We love this fridge We went from a 26.5 cu. ft. side by side to this and weren't sure we'd like the drawer freezer but it's great I use the quick access door several times a day(store my lemonade there) plus my kids do for the milk The interior door storage is different from our side by side and may be less space but the design seems to provide easier access than our previous door storage trying to access dressings, condiments, etc. There is a lot of space in the fridge especially with a separate cooling drawer which is our meat/cheese drawer. It's usually packed so didn't work well in our side by side in fact our kids broke the drawer because it was overloaded.The separate cooling drawer is a huge bonus I wasn't sure how the lower freezer compartment would work since i'm not fond of stacking and searching in a freezer but we organized the smaller slide drawer with common usable items leaving the lower freezer compartment for longer term items which works great providing easy access. The ice/water dispenser is large enough for pitchers or water bottles(popular these days) and we have yet to run out of ice which was common with our side by side which has an "Ice Plus" option The only down side is finger prints show more than our other fridge but nothing like a silver stainless model. All in all we have had no issues with the model and would recommend it to anyone

My most valuable suggestion: Buy the 5 yr extended warranty. So many things like showcase door latch, and ice maker could wrong and render the product half useless that it is well worth it. My only complaint is not product related, but with the 3rd party delivery company Best Buy outsources to. After 3 attempts, my fridge was finally delivered. On to the product: Pros: -Consistent temperature -Slide out bottom shelf for showcase -Very quiet -Separate selection buttons for water and ice (opposed to 2 levers) -Easy to maintain stainless -Great center drawer with 4 pre selected temp zones -Fast ice maker -Convenient filter replacement at waist level -Fully adjustable quadrant pull out drawer Cons: -Wish ice maker would be incorporated into door, thus freeing up more fridge space -Possible improvement on more pull out shelves on showcase -More stainless shelving inside fridge -Soft closing drawers would be a nice added feature in future models Time will tell what components requires maintenance. I will update as necessary. Feel free to comment and ask any questions...will be happy to answer to best of my ability.

This is a fantastic fridge! Feature wise, it has a lot of nice bells and whistles, Showcase being one of the coolest as it makes placing certain items such as drinks on the door and later retrieving them so easy. The shelves are relatively easy to organize in and around, and one of the shelves pushes back to make extra space on the fly for larger bottles which is a very nice feature. The water and ice on the door works well and knowing that there is a filter on the inside of the fridge that can be easily replaced is reassuring. We've noticed that the door collects some condensation, which may be just our unit or systemic but it's hard to say. Nothing a little wipe down from time to time won't solve but I could se it becoming irritating over time. The slide out drawer is very nice and I love how the temperature is separately adjustable from the fridge and freezer. The freezer is also very nice! Having come from a traditional fridge with the freezer on top, this has been a dream come true. Furthermore, the freezer is nice and functional with the sliding rack to place things on that you don't want to stack in the deep section. I think it would have been nice if this model was Samsung SmartThings enabled, if even just from an informational perspective - to check on temperatures, etc. - as this is one of their higher end models. Ultimately though I am very pleased with this purchase.

This fridge is very sharp looking with good functionality. The mini door for quick access, external temp and functionality, as well as the convertible drawer make for a very adaptable fridge. I hope it stands up to every day use and lasts a long time. Now the bad... My fridge showed up damaged. Two large scratches, a dent, and a blemish on one of the doors. I asked for replacement panels and was told Samsung does not offer them. All I got was a gift card. I have also searched for touch up paint with no luck. MAKE SURE TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE UPON DELIVERY! I did not purchase a scratch and dent fridge and that is now what I have... I am not likely to use Best Buy for my next appliance purchase.

I like the beautiful look and style of this refrig. Only negative I see so far is the icemaker is rather rinky dink for the price.

Great features with this refrigerator! Our favorite is the door-in-door where the milk is easily accessible and energy saving. We also like the top drawer which can be utilized as a freezer or refrigerator (so far have used as refrigerator only as this is what we most need.) The ice maker works great as well as the automatic water dispenser. Black stainless look is very sharp also.
