Ice maker freezes and jams about evert 2 months or sooner, poor design and does not allow for flow of cubes into the cube box. Bb has replaced the entire ice maker unit 2 times and have made several service calls. All to no avail, December 2020 the ice maj=ker finally stopped running at all. Very frustrating requires constant attention. Would not buy this SAMSUNG refrigerator again!!

The black stainless steel is pristine 4 months and counting! The drawer is well worth the extra money--we use it every day for drinks, quick-chilling champagne, and easy-grab snacks. Happy!

Very large capacity. Four stars because it is a little louder running than our old one and the left door is hard to use for storage with all the ice maker curves.

Keeps things very cool. Middle drawer a great option, with a lot of choices for temperature. Small door for drinks is used A LOT every day. Perfect operation. Exceeds every expectation.

The ice machine is extremely slow, but it does produce a lot of ice. We use the middle drawer all the time and love it!

We loved the refrigerator.fingerprint resistant keeps it clean even after my kids touching/opening it very frequently.

Love the features on this Samsung refrigerator. Having the pantry drawer on the outside is a great addition. Showcase door is an added bonus and handy for storing drinks.

I am very pleased with this refrigerator. My wife and I love the additional middle drawer and the showcase option for easy access to drinks, etc. we are definitely enjoying it!

love the separate compartments. the bottom frezzer wish was a little bigger.like the area between the fridge the freezer.we go the black stainless steel love it.

Beautiful. I love every inch of it. It,is spacious and the interior is well lighted. Our favorite part of the refrigerator is the extra multipurpose drawer. I love the versatility of it.

This fridge looks nice and is great for the first month or so. But the ice maker is shoddily made and constantly breaks or stops working. The water line will freeze up or the fill sensor doesn't read that the ice box is empty. It is seriously disappointing that my brand new fridge that is not even one month old is already not working properly. Oh, and the best part! Samsung' fix for the water line issue is for you to completely empty out your fridge and allow it to defrost for 24 hours before using again. Who has time for that? I would seriously need a second fridge just to store my refridgerated groceries so I can defrost the fridge anytime the ice maker decides to cut out. Not cool Samsung. Don't buy this fridge. You will regret having wasted your money.

Absolutely love this refrigerator!!! The showcase door !!! Best idea ever !!!!! Don’t know what I ever did before I had the Flex Zone drawer!!! Highly recommend!!!

Love it much more than the regular stainless steel! Has metal cooling in the door, in the back of the fridge and in the drawer too! Quiet, barely know it's there. Very happy with the purchase!

My wife and I purchased this fridge for our first home. We read the reviews about it being "loud," but there is no issue at all with noise. The bottom freezer is incredibly roomy and so easy to access. The center thin drawer is perfect for bottles that can lay down and our egg container. The fridge has plenty of versatile room, and the easy access door is great for sports drinks and other items. This is a great product. My wife and I would definitely buy it again. One note, the delivery service damaged the first fridge so we needed a replacement. This is not a problem with the fridge, just a note to purchasers that Best Buy hires third parties to deliver.

OVERALL IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT THE ONLY DOWNFALL IS THAT THE ICE MAKER DOOR LEAKS DUE TO WHATEVER ICE PARTICLES GET LEFT BEHIND THE RELEASE FLAP AFTER YOU USE THE CRUSHED ICE MODE. AFTER THE ICE PARTICLES MELT THEY LEAK THROUGH THE ICEMAKER DOOR! SAMSUNG CAN FIX THAT WITH A BETTER SEAL ON THEIR ICE MAKER RELEASE FLANGE!

We shopped around quite a bit and did a ton of Research before this purchase. My wife and I love the black stainless, and we chose this model over the similar LG. This fridge is amazing! The door in door is our favorite feature, followed closely by the slide out cooing tray. The ice maker is perfect and keeps us with our family. The delivery was fast and the install crew did an amazing job navigating some tight corners to get it into our kitchen. By the way, this thing is huge! Looks great and works flawlessly. You will not be sorry!

Building a new home and had to buy all new appliances. I have had good luck with Samsung products in the past and loved the black stainless steel color and the features on their products.

I loved my fridge for the first two years. Now, at the ripe old age of 2.25 years, there is an issue with water pooling in the vegetable bins. A little googling and a discussion with a repairman tells me that it is a design flaw that allows the fridge to ice up and then leak water into the interior when the evaporation drain is iced over and therefore cannot drain properly. I am told it will be about $400 to install a heater to correct the ice over problem but the repair man tells me it may happen again. This is an independent repair man so he was able to be honest and stated that he has worked on it many times and seems to be a design flaw in the brand

Love the refrigerator. Roomy and easy to find things. Only negative is that the ice maker is not as good as my GE refrigerator. It does not hold as much ice and is slower to dispense ice.

Great refrigerator only issue is the ice maker is a bit sluggish. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong like a setting or something. Otherwise I'm very satisfied.
