My wife and I love all the different settings that the refrigerator has to offer. Very spacious on the inside and plenty of room us. Definitely recommend it, especially the color!

Fridge works great and looks even better! Only issue is ice maker is a little noisy at random times of the day but easily ignorable.

We really like the refrigerator because it is large enough for our family of four and it is easy to use. Our only complaint is the icemaker drips water after you use it, which causes us to have to wipe up a few drops every morning when we wake up. It is more an annoyance than a problem but we've only had the refrigerator since October 2016 and this has been going on since we first got the unit. We've had repairs attempted three times and we hope the third time is the charm. One additional note, Samsung has been a pain for us to work with at times to obtain service.

Using it has taken some adjustments from our old side by side yet the door in door and large lower freezer are awesome and make our lives that much better.

Love this Fridge, has plenty of room for everything. Ice maker makes ice quickly, door in a door is handy for most used items. Would recommend to a friend.

Provides tons of space for keeping food fresh and we love the snack door as it gives us quick access to items we use constantly. I highly recommend this product!

I hadn't bought a new fridge in years and I was surprised by all they have to offer now. The metal cooling works fast and the door in door gives quick access!

It took three Samsung 4-Door French door refrigerators before one worked properly. The 1st did not dispense water. The 2nd would not cool down. The 3rd works well and keeps food very cold.

Great functional fridge. The 27+ cubic feet of space will hold the groceries. Easy acces to all items. The black stainless steel really brought new life to a 12 year-old kitchen.

My wife and I love the door within a door and we use it more often than normal door operations. Water dispenser seems to be working well, same with the ice. Happy purchasers!

I have researched this refrigerator and others for more than six months always coming back to this Sam song model with a flexible draw an easy access right door. The quick adjust shelves make it very easy for taller items to be stored in refrigerator. I originally was considering the dark stainless steel version but saw that one model had chips and scratches in it on display and opted for the standard stainless steel so as not to worry about scratches or chips The ice maker and water dispenser and control settings are very user-friendly .and the water filter is very accessible at all times for easy replacement.

Absolutely love it. Although the ice maker broke less thAn a year after purchase but Samsung sent some one out immediately and replaced a part.

The black Stainless Steel looks very sharp. The Showcase feature is OK, but we barley use it. The refrigerator and freezer are good, however, we had to have a repair man come out 3 times to fix the ice maker in less than a year. We are beyond disappointed about how often this brand new refrigerator required repairs. The ice maker ceases up and there is no way to defrost it other than unplugging the refrigerator as the repair man cautioned us about using a hair drier stating it would void the warranty. As we had to repair the same part 3 times in a row I have become extremely disappointed with my purchase and I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone. Unfortunately our entire kitchen is Samsung appliances and I would never go with Samsung again due to the hassle we have gone through. Buyer beware looks can be deceiving.

I was very skeptical coming in having had ice maker problems with past refridgerators. So I did extensive research. Read the bad and the good. Finally decided on this model and thus far it has been spectacular. Only time will tell if the ice maker holds up. I bought the extended warranty and I highly recommend doing the same just in case. It is beautiful and the interior is well lit. Space is plentiful. My favorite part is the drawer in the middle in which I keep all the kids drinks in it for easy retrieval and less strain on the fridge from opening and closing of the main door so much.

Love the middle drawer for deli/snacks. A lot of freezer space and the ice is wonderful. Enjoy having the in fridge filter for water. No need for my Britta pitcher now.

My issue is the ice maker taking up too much space in door that gives less storage space in the door compared to other refrigerators and the height to store tall carton and bottled items.. looks good could work for a smaller family... we choose this item as we needed an urgent replacement and rush delivery. Otherwise the box looks nice! And sales lady was amazing and was extremely knowledgeable about the refrigerator

Love this refrig. so far no problems have only had it a month. The middle drawer is great because you don't have to open the refrig. to get to your items.

This frig serves our needs well. It cleans eadily & we are happy with it - no complaints. The size may not work for those who need less depth to a refrigerator. Would personally prefer a bit larger of an ice maker...the amt of ice prob would not be efficient for an athletically active family of 4. However, there's enough room for extra bagged ice in the freezer. The delivery staff at Orange Park, FL has been exceptional.

Great product after 3 years. Only ice maker having issued ( well known) just need defrost and problem will solve

Has been a great fridge with minor complain that got fixed thru warranty. The typical ice maker problem that we had to get replace from samsung warranty. Around 7months in it stopped working called samsung got it fixed within the next couple days. No problem ever since. Freezer has enough space for our need and the middle compartment is good for my toddler so she can get her snacks also.
