Only had this for a couple week, but so far it's been great. The capacity is huge! I debated on this or the non-showcase model and very glad I spent the extra money on this model. When I first started looking at refrigerators I thought the showcase door was gimmicky, but I love it. With this model you get some extras as well like stainless back panel on the inside, and stainless bottom of the upper drawer which lakes it look much better in my opinion. It's pretty quiet as well, which was a must have and so far it delivers on it.

We wanted a refrigerator with black-stainless finish and were happy when this went on sale for Black Friday. We had Best Buy deliver and install the refrigerator. The installers knew what they were doing and were very careful not to damage anything as they swapped the refrigerators. After several weeks of using the refrigerator we are very happy we purchased it. The shelving layout and 3rd door work perfect for us. We carefully followed instructions on setting up the ice maker and have not had any problems with the ice or dripping water from the dispenser. VERY HAPPY OWNERS!

Hello, I had to make a quick decision when my refrig went out. Space and dimensions were an issue. First had the LG. Did not like it right away. Best Buy's return policy saved me from major stress as they gladly returned the LG for this Samsung. Love it. Use the special door all the time for milk and butter which saves energy. The ice maker is efficient and fast. The black stainless shows no smudges! And the middle drawer that holds cheese or party items is amazing. We did not realize how much we would use it. I highly recommend that you research this refrigerator and use Best Buy for your next appliance purchase. Customer Service there is amazing.

This refrigerator has features that work very well for our home and our daily lifestyle. The convenience of the drawers and adjustable shelves along with the ability to control temperatures makes this a great asset to any kitchen.

The middle drawer is perfect for our family. It allows the kids to have quick access to fruit and snacks without opening the main refrigerator over and over throughout the day. The secondary door on the front gives quick access to milk, juice, and other often used items.

this samsung after two weeks seems to work just fine. makes ice. stays cold. much better than the LG it replaced that would not get cold from the day it was delivered so thank goodness for best buy they exchanged it after a month of hassles with LG “customer service”.

Great lighting and storage! Didn't think the middle drawer would be a big deal was of great use during the holidays. The organization is well thought out and just opening the door to get a drink is fantastic. Didn't know how much difference a refrigeration change could make! Love it.

We bought this fridge about a month ago, and I really love the storage space in it. The flexible shelves make it easier to store taller things, such as drink pitchers. The ice dispenser makes ice pretty often, so that is nice. The food showcase door provides easy access to certain items, such as milk and soda. And the flex zone drawer is nice to put drinks and snacks for the kids and some deli items too. I never had a freezer on the bottom before and I thought it would be difficult to find things, but there is a separator that helps keep your items sorted, plus the drawer on top helps to organize things too. And I can keep my little ice packs in the shelf on the freezer door. Great fridge overall!!!

Great features like the flex space and door within door. Ice maker is a little noisy and the ice sometimes comes out beyond the cup you are trying to fill. Produce doors are very easy to open. Overall this is a great product.

Have had a Samsung refrigerator for years. Our existing one was taken out by power surges during the hurricane storms. This new one surpasses the old with the way the cabinet is arranged. It is actually about a cubic foot less than the old but the way the interior shelving is laid out, it actually hold more. Always seemed like the old one was crowed and difficult to reach things in the back of the shelves. Especially like the Flexzone drawer and the easy access to drinks with the Quick Access door. My wife uses a lot of ice and the icemaker has been able to keep up with her use where the previous Samsung had difficulty. Samsung has outdone themselves with this one.

After reading reviews, reliabilty ratings and shopping we settled on the Samsung Black Stainless French/4dr. Weve had it about 2mos and couldnt be Happier. Doors: We went from a full side/side to this with the Fr doors. Love the freezer. Plenty of room and easy access. Better room than my s/s. Door slides softly. Wasnt sure i neededed the middle section of the fridge but now i am already hooked. Currently we have soda and orher drinks in there but also holds platters and other bigger things. The door in door for easy access to the milk is also great. Nice feature. Lighting: Interior lighting is cool and i like the Blue digital display on the outside ice maker. Ice Maker: Working fine. My husband thinks its loud(only when in use) Do not have access to ice cubes except through icemaker. Not a problem so far. I compared the ice situation extensivly and went with this. Color: Awesome really looks nice. Not too many prints. Size: Perfect not too big. Look: As i said really nice. Since im not planning on buying another fridge soon, the appearace was just as impotant. Cost: Best Buy had competative prices and excellent sales help...not overwhelming but avaiable and helpful when i needed assistance. Experience: Great. As i said sales team was awesome. Delivery/set up team we also great...On time, polite, experienced and knowledgable. Would Reccomend This Fridge and Best Buy!

Works great and "showcase" door is also a big plus for those items you use frequently so you don't have to open the entire door. Icemaker works great and produces ice very quickly although the cubes are a bit smaller than older refrigerators. Runs very quiet. Design of the unit makes for very efficient use of space. Additional drawer that you can choose a specific temperature for is another great innovation. Highly recommend. A++++++++++

Make sure you get the extended warranty because it will pay for itself 10x having the ice maker repaired or replaced part by part about every 6 months (sometimes less). I LOVE everything else about this refrigerator. We've had it 3 years and the only problem is always the ice maker/dispenser. Love the "deli drawer", love the quick grab entry into the right side upper door. Very easy to organize things in the freezer--which holds A LOT of food. What others have complained as wasted space in the door where the ice/water is dispensed is perfect for me to store sticks of butter, small items that otherwise get pushed to the back of a drawer or shelf and forgotten are now front and center every time you open the left door. Crispers are adjustable and hold a lot of produce--we like that you can see thru the sides to remember which drawer something is in. The lighting is bright and well located. Adjustable temp on 3rd drawer is great, along with the adjustable metal glides inside the drawer to help keep it organized. In our case, we put them clear to the edge and simply have a wide open space. Today I was trying to change the water filter--which is VERY EASY access and should be just as simple as can be...but I just cant get it lined up quite right to click it in all the way. That's actually why I'm on this website today--to look in the online owner's manual to see what I'm doing wrong when inserting the new cartridge. I will print it out today and keep it with my new filters :-) Overall--I love this frig!!

Really like this refrigerator, we've had it a month so far and it hasn't disappointed (hopefully will continue to run much longer than our last which only lasted 7.5 years). It's quiet and keeps things nice and cold/frozen. We removed one shelf to provide more space for tall items, the modular design of the shelves is nice. One recommendation, when they deliver make sure they take off the doors before they bring it in to your house. They will complain but the finish dents EASILY and it will save you the hassle of having them replaced.

After reviewing several refrigerators we selected the Samsung from Best Buy. We have had it for about a month and love it. Looks great, lots of space, and is extremely quiet! Delivery went smooth.

Very well designed and manufactured. Lots of space for all kinds and shapes of food and drinks. Installation was a breeze. Strongly recommend you read the owner's manual especially regarding the ice maker and water filter. Not an issue, it just takes a while for the unit to get up to speed and make ice. Love the easy access door for frequently used items like milk and condiments. The Flex drawer (see the online descriptions) is a great feature.

We love our new refrigerator!! We debated about getting the model with the special door since we don't have children at home, but find that we actually use it quite a bit. My only complaint is that the doors are bit hard to close. You have to make sure that you close it before you walk away. Thank goodness for the door alarm!!

It's a good looking machine, and it has a lot of room inside for different kinds of food. You just have to adjust the shelves to accommodate tall items that won't fit in the door, like a gallon of milk etc. Be careful not to store liquids in bottles on their sides once they have been opened. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the inside of the 'ref' at least once a week to keep it fresh. Also, it's not a bad idea to keep a box of Arm & Hammer partially open to absorb any funky odors from that last tuna salad sandwich you made and forgot about.

Bought this fridge after chatting with a BBY Appliance Supervisor who recommended it. This has nearly double the space than we are used to! I don't know how we ever lived without the showcase door! The special drawer is awesome for our deli items and kids snacks and frees up even more room in the main fridge area. Only complaint is that the ice maker is a little lacking. As a function I use multiple times a day, I wish it made bigger cubes. Other than that we are happy with it.

After months of shopping we bought this on a spring sale. We have had the refrigerator for 2 months now and we love it. There is plenty of room and the middle pullout has a lot of versatility in terms of space and settings. Many have complained about the ice maker. We have not had any issues other than it can produce more than needed and clog up. This has only happened once and it was just a matter of dumping out the top layer.
