Ordered a lower model originally but thankfully returned and upgraded. This one just feels great and looks amazing. Don’t kid yourself, the look and feel of your appliances is meaningful to your kitchen design. This one is all that. The water brain part is intuitive and works great, the space is ample and the fridge stays super cold with less power due to the metal cooling. The showcase door is actually more than just a gimmick. If used correctly it really works well and adds to your kitchen muscle memory. I love this fridge!

We are a Samsung family. We own 3 Samsung TV's, over 6 phones in the last 10 year, a dishwasher and now a refrigerator. I LOVE this fridge, however, be warned. The older model ice maker (installed in mine) is almost guaranteed to fail. Samsung is aware of this and sent out a repairman, for free, to fix ours. I was very happy at how easy and fast it was to have these repairs done and although I do think it's a little shady, I also know that Samsung has a good reputation and likely wants to keep it that way. If you are coming from anything other than a french door fridge, it has a bit of a learning curve when it comes to placing groceries in it. I was used to a 2 door style and had to mess around with the several customizable (awesome) shelves. A great, unnoticed, feature of this fridge is that when the top doors are open, there is a good 6 or 7 inches of space to set something down in case you have to play Tetris with the many other items int he fridge. This is a huge help and it's not even talked about. The finish is fantastic. We have 2 children, 2 dogs and 3 cats, but keeping the surface clean is a breeze.

Love the space in this refrigerator. The easy access door for frequently used items is nice. The black stainless steel color is beautiful and it does not show fingerprints. After several weeks of using the refrigerator we are very happy we purchased it. The shelving layout and 3rd door work perfect for us. We had Best Buy install it for us - great guys. VERY HAPPY OWNERS!

look at the one model with no handles first, realized this model in the main frig area comes with the drawers to set the humidity, the other did not. Center drawer has the 4 settings based on what you place in it. you can still control the other temperatures through the door panel (freezer & main frig), liked the adjustable shelves also. Samsung seemed to also have the biggest ice bin for daily use. you will still probably buy additional ice if you throw a party.

This Refrigerator is beautiful and sleek. I scored this for a great deal as an open box because of a couple small dents. It isn't nothing that a couple of magnets can't fix. We are renovating our kitchen and this will definitely achieve the elegant look we are going for. The showcase door is pretty nifty too for the times that you need to quickly grab something out of the fridge. Great product from Samsung.

Great Look with the Black SS, lot's of space and great functionality.

I did a lot of research on this refrigerator and waited a year before I finally bit the bullet and purchased it. I was hesitant at first because of the price tag, but I found an amazing deal on an "open box" that I just couldn't pass up. I've only had it for about a month but so far I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. My favorite feature is the metal lined drawer. We use it for beer, soda and bottled water and it keeps them extremely cold.

This product has so much room! I replaced a side-by-side fridge with this one and was thinking both the fridge and freezer would have about the same amount of space - not so! This Samsung 4-door product offers so much space. I was able to place everything from my old freezer in the Samsumg freezer and had about half the space left over. Same with the fridge. The door-in-door is awesome. It's great for high use items like milk, eggs and condiments. The snack drawer easily holds sodas, water bottles (8 oz. - otherwise you have to lay the 16oz bottle on their side for the door to close), and an overwhelming amount of snacks. Overall this is an awesome product and well worth the extra money spent.

This black stainless Samsung refrigerator looks amazing and has plenty of space. The showcase front door is a big plus for my girlfriend and the dedicated drawer that we use for drinks keeps a lot of the old clutter out of the main area. Wish it had the apps and smart-fridge options available in black stainless. A hefty price tag but so far it has been a good purchase.

We love almost everything about this fridge! Love the flex draw. Plenty of ice for the three of us. Lots of room for all our food. One draw back is the divider in the flex draw. Samsung makes another model that has a locking divider. This one doesn’t have the locking divider. The divider moves around when you open the draw. Would be 5 stars if they made a locking divider for the flex draw.

Good refrigerator. However, I thought I would like the drawer better, but I'm finding I don't like having to open both the main door and drawer to get everything I need. Maybe I need to think about a different arrangement. Otherwise I do like it. It looks sharp. But it does make a lot of cracking and popping noises as other reviews indicated but that doesn't bother me much

It keeps things cold. I tested the temperature in all spaces and it is good. I like the layout and freezer design. The cold drawer is good. It will not keep things to the set temperature if it’s tightly packed full of drinks otherwise it’s on point. I don’t care for the ice maker but it efficiently keeps some ice on hand. Would need a better ice maker to get the 5th star.

We love the look of this Refrig and the finish matches the rest of appliances. We have black appliances with a stainless dishwasher. There is so much space in this unit. The only complaint is the water and ice feature. Water spills often , and the space for a tall cup is limited.

Very spacious, can organize food well and able to see the stuff that we put inside easily. Able to flip up one of the counters’ and able to store the pots without problem. It’s easy to find the stuff that we store in the freezer. I also like the option where you don’t have to open the whole refrigerator door when you only want to access the stuff that you store inside the door. Very sleek looking.

Before I decided to buy this fridge, I talked to 3 salespersons, compared different brands and models and read hundreds of reviews. There was no brand without a review like "don't buy XYZ", "worst fridge ever", or "don't waste your money". Because of the design and functionality, I chose this Samsung model and never regret it so far (1 month). Some reviews say it's terrible noisy, mine you can't hear at all. Even when the compressor is running, you have to get very close to the fridge to hear a very soft noise, like any other fridge. Some say the ice maker is not working like it should. Well, mine does, but I have it only 1 month, so no long time experience. I really love the subdivision of this fridge, because you can adjust it for your needs, and I love the surface, you can't hardly see any fingerprints. So far I give 5 stars and don't regret my decision.

This is the second Samsung refrigerator we have purchased and again, we are not disappointed. It has plenty of space for everything and keeps things evenly ice cold inside. We like to entertain so the adjustable temperature pullout draw is awesome. It is ideal for food platters and what not. Big fan of the black steel too. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this product.

I have had no problems at all, love the deli drawer, you can change the temp for wine, fish or cold drinks. The black stainless steel is beautiful, doesn't hold prints like most stainless, plenty of room for everything. Great buy. Geek Squad was great, had to take all the doors of to get it in the house, they were pros!

We purchased the black stainless steel and absolutely love it! It's spacious and bright inside with LED lighting. The door in door feature has come in handy more than I'd first thought it would; it's nice to access the door items from two sides of each shelf. There's a slim area on the left door - you can't fit much there but it is PERFECT for sticks of butter and boxes of cream cheese-something I always have on hand and couldn't successfully keep organized before. I love the drawer underneath the top refrigerator. I like that I do not have to open up both doors in order to pull that drawer out. So convenient! The only downside I see is that the ice maker and water dispenser do not work while the refrigerator is open, and the ice maker is a bit slow to start spitting out ice but I would still buy this again!

This is a beautiful and very functional fridge. I went from a side by side to this one with 2 drawers. Surprisingly, the middle drawer has proved to be very versatile and there is no wasted space anywhere. I can now see everything at a glance and I don't have to dig through items to take inventory. Has everything I could possibly need, and I am utilizing all the features.
