Very attractive in black stainless steel and easy to clean. Tremendous capacity with well designed interior layout. Excellent ice making capacity and reasonable regeneration times. Adjustable shelves allow flexibility in storing tall items. Showcase door in door is very handy for accessing frequently used items like soda cans and milk. Adjustable "kid height" middle drawer is easily accessed and very useful for deli items, meats / fish, prepared platters and other frequently accessed items. Freezer is cavernous and can support those Costco sized frozen purchases. Quiet operation, but does have distinctive hum in silent settings. Overall - an excellent choice.

I like the middle drawer a lot. Great for drinks. The unit as a whole is a bit noisy and the ice maker doesn't produce as much ice as I would like, but overall, I'm pretty happy with the refrigerator.

I've enjoyed this refrigerator. It looks great in my kitchen with my other stainless steel appliances. I love the versatility of the flex drawer. The only drawback is you lose some shelf height in the main section. But you can adjust the shelf to a half width to accommodate some taller items. I really like the door in door option as well for quick and easy access to items.

My wife and I both used vacation days from work to meet the delivery. That went fine, they were quick and courteous. The unit has now been plugged in and running for over 36hrs. We have had to set the temp control to 34°F to get the middle shelf temp down to 37°F at the back and it's still 42°F in the door shelf. It is preset at 37°F when it was delivered but then the internal temperature was 44°F and 48°F.

We were looking to replace our Whirpool that had given up the ghost. We found this one and fell in love. It is has the middle drawer for either meat or yogurt. It is awesome. The outside door that you get to soda or milk or whatever you want with out opening the door all the way. The freezer works well. The only issue has been the ice maker. Called Best Buy got a tech to come work on it and the tech explained the ice maker has some flaws and he was replacing 3 a week. It said it is a good unit other than that. I would still say get it because of all the features.

Having previous positive experience with a Samsung washer and dryer pair,- and comparing competitors offering in refrigerators,- I selected this one for its design engineering and aesthetic appearance. I couldn't be happier with the form and function of this quiet and efficient unit. With the energy savings and ability to stock up on bulk packaged meat,- I calculate that this refrigerator will have paid for itself in 1-1/2 to 2 years,- and I now need to grocery shop only once per month versus weekly with my old unit,- and stocking/pulling items/ preparing meals is no longer a tedious musical chairs game of moving five items to get to one.

I had my eye on the regular stainless steel version of this fridge for a while. As soon as I saw the black stainless steel I had to have it! The fridge has been even better than I hoped. Space for everything and it's different sections makes it extremely multifunctional.

I love my new fridge. Other reviews said it is loud, and it is a little noisy, but nothing I can't live with. Freezer is huge! I love the for inside a door, I have milk and condiments there. That's what my kids get most out of there. The extra drawer is amazing. We use it for drinks.

This refrigerator has been on our wish list for quite some time. We missed it when it went on sale around Christmas time and regretted not pulling the trigger. Lucky it went back on sale around Memorial Day. Anyways back to the refrigerator. We replaced a standard side by side and the amount of room we gained was amazing. We went from a full fridge to wondering where all our food went! Not only that, but the black stainless is absolutely gorgeous. It is very sleek and will definitely draw a ton of compliments from guests. My only little gripe about this refrigerator is the door storage. Unless you have the perfect size condiment bottles they will not fit on the left door. Its almost useless storage honestly.

The fridge is very spacious, looks great and is super quiet. The only negative is the ice dispenser is slow to dispense but produces plenty of ice & the ice lamely a slowly. I also noticed things are not super cold but I know the fridge is at what is considered optimum temperature.

So very happy with this Samsung refrigerator, first its quiet, also has the ice crusher option great for quick slushy drinks. Lots of room for tall things like dressing and water bottles. I use the pull out drawer for cold cuts. Quick front drawer is great for grabbing milk, water...ect. Also tempature is even throughout, meaning you wont have items freezing on top shelf in refrigerator and normal cold on bottom shelves. Freezer pull out drawer is great for frozen smoothie items and easy access. Filter access is easy to replace. I definitely recommend!

We love nearly everything about this fridge. The only issue we have is the ice machine takes a long time to disperse the ice, both cubed and crushed. It’s a minor gripe, but that is the only thing keeping it from 5stars

After reading many reviews on many different fridges, we decided to splurge a little for the showcase. We had an older model samsung, and I think we got a lemon. We only had it for only 3 years before it had water/filter problems. But bc i love the design of this fridge, I knew I wanted another one. Wasn't too sold on the showcase door plus the extra bump in price. We have had it for about weeks now and I use the showcase door the most! Totally worth the extra price. The only down fall is it makes a lot of noise. The makes popping sounds once and a while, but it's not super loud. I have gotten use to it. Overall, I love this fridge

we really love this fridge and the flexibility of having the extra meat drawer to keep things slightly cooler. The quick access door on the right is also great for getting drinks easily. The inside can be adjusted for your different groceries, and the freezer compartment is big enough for a lot of stuff. My only complaint is the ice maker needed to be repaired, and it still doesn't work quite right. The ice comes out half-whole half-crushed, but it's a minor inconvenience as long as it is still actually working.

This is an excellent fridge with a lot of space. The Flex drawer is a highlight - ice capacity is a little low but it seems to make quickly. Looks beautiful!

Easy access, great storage space, and ease of operation make this fridge a perfect fit for any growing family. We've been using this fridge for about 2 weeks now and I love it. The in-door water and ice dispenser is easy to use, the storage space inside is great, and the "snack drawer" is perfect for our son. Easily held all my groceries and prepared foods for a party last week and made plenty of ice for all the drinks!

This is a pricy Fridge compared to many others. Just next to that we had other fridges that was thousand dollar less. But we wanted to have a french door refrigerator. We made good research and find similar price in other store. Then when my family visited Best buy we liked this model useful.The second door in right side is very useful. The middle tray is good for saving breads. Lots of space. Only thing I wanted was to reduce temperature of drinking water. In winder I would like to get a filtered normal temperature water. Fridge is most important appliance in your home. Buy it, you will not regret

The fridge looks great and can hold everything. We use the extra drawer all the time for bottled water, and the show case is wonderful for those tall items you have to get out of the fridge all the time (milk is a good one in our case).

Switched from Kenmore after 20 years. No disappointments so far. Have to note that I wasn't convinced that the freezer storage would work as well as my side by side, but it is much easier to load and seems to store a lot more. The deli drawer is great for storing deli, snacks, cheese and condiments. And the showcase door is absolutely wonderful for my younger ones to access the fridge. Only con is the ice dispenser. Wish I could get more ice, miss the quick ice function on the Kenmore and would have liked a better dispenser - this one seems quite messy and could use a more directed spout.
