After months of shopping we bought this on a spring sale. We have had the refrigerator for 2 months now and we love it. There is plenty of room and the middle pullout has a lot of versatility in terms of space and settings. Many have complained about the ice maker. We have not had any issues other than it can produce more than needed and clog up. This has only happened once and it was just a matter of dumping out the top layer.

I really like the design of this refrigerator. If I had to pick a negative, it would be the ice maker taking up part of the refrigerator space, but the good outweighs the bad. I like the middle drawer space and the ability to grab milk or other "often used" items without opening the whole door. The finish is very easy to maintain, unlike most stainless steel appliances. The freezer holds so much more than my old refrigerator/freezer. Very happy with my purchase.

This Samsung refrigerator is very spacious. It is the first unit we've had with ice and water in the door. As other people have previously stated in their reviews, the water does dribble a little after you fill a glass. I'm not to bothered by this. I just keep a small dishcloth folded up in the drip tray to catch.those drips. Overall I think it is a great refrigerator.

I like the way it looks, love the metal cooling and the flex drawer is awesome! The only con I have is that the doors and drawers don't close themselves if you'd didn't excert enough force to close them.

I decided to go with the black stainless and it is nothing less than stunning...my college-age son even commented how sharp it looked! I love the Flex drawers flexibility with it's moving divider. The Showcase door makes it easy to grab a drink on the go. Be aware that the hinges cause the door to protrude an additional 1-2 inches. I have a wall on the side and had some issues making it fit but loved the frig so much that I made it work.

Food storage is so much easier when you have enough refrigerator room to be able to find the items being stored without having to dig around other items. The handy access to milk and every day items is awesome as well!

After looking around this was the Best one for the money everyone that comes into our home comments onthe style and the space that it provides inside just amazes me. We are able to keep it organized.

I've been accustomed to using standard refrigerators all my life. Finally, I had the budget to purchase this fridge and it has been amazing! I really like the space that it offers me, as well as the versatility to store my cold brew (the kit is vertically space-consuming). The easy changes to my shelving allow me to make room for my cold brew without having to move my other groceries. The quick access to drinks is also nice. I haven't been able to maximize the small middle unit yet.

So I walked into Best Buy on a mission to purchase a new fridge. I had my eye on another manufacturer, color, bells and whistles, etc. I was hesitant at first - I didn't think I would absolutely LOVE the black stainless steel nor di I think I NEEDED the pull out drawer but let me tell you, you need these in your life. The stainless steel is awesome- show minimal finger print marks. The drawer is SUPER convenient. The right door can open one of two ways- I like the option and it's a cool feature. The ice dispenser does have about a 4 second delay- so if you need an ice cube in an emergency :) know you'll need to count to 4 to start the ice. Get the fridge, you won't b disappointed

My wife and I had been shopping around for a new refrigerator for a while when we were in store and saw this one! We have had for six months now and it's humming along beautifully! Our 5 year old loves the drawer (where we keep his snacks, juices, etc.) and we love the friendly beep when a door hasn't been securely closed. The temperature is perfect and despite the concern the ice maker has made plenty of ice with some to spare! No complaints whatsoever and if you can get a good deal on this fridge then I promise you will not regret it!

The Samsung refrigerator with the door that opens w/o having to open the whole door is wonderful and great storage as well. The middle draw we use to hold beverages and it keeps them so cold.

Sleek and elegant refrigerator. Extremely spacious and not a bit of refrigerator or freezer space wasted. LED lights inside are wonderful. No searching in the dark for anything. Looks fabulous in the kitchen.

I did my research checking into this fridge. It works very well. After getting it installed in my house, I ran a few tests: Water runs pretty cool Ice maker makes ice fairly quick Fridge cools rather nicely Bottom drawers are easy to access and place things in an out Fridge level on top the racks are adjustable on left and right side. It's a huge fridge, so make measurements before buying. (space and doors!)

Love this fridge. Spacious! The double door feature is the best part. I can put juices for my kids for easy access.

So. We had to purchase a new fridge upon the demise of our old side by side Frigidaire. We were lured by the dark look and 4 doors of this Samsung. It was also a great deal, being on sale for Black Friday. It was delivered and fired up as expected. It works very well but we're noticed a few oddities that you would only find out after loading it up and using it for a few weeks. First, we are total condiment hoarders. There's less space in this fridge than in the side by side for "indoor" storage. The other is the ice maker. If you use a fair amount of ice like we do, you might be disappointed. Once summer gets here, we'll have to utilize another way to keep a decent supply of ice on hand. Other than those two items, we're happy with it. A few great features? The "chees" drawer. This is the upper drawer that can be used for either fridge or freezer. We use it for our cheese addition! Also, the freezer drawer has a pullout shelf that's really handy. And, as a general comment.... what's up with the fake stainless steel being used now? No longer true stainless and the sides and tops of many models are black. Cheapo.

Refrigerator fills our needs. Easy access showcase door for most used items. Middle drawer for all of our drinks. Kids like the water amd ice in the door. Ice maker is very quiet.

I've had my new Samsung door in door refrigerator for approximately 6 months and so far no issues. It has plenty of room for lots of items & adjustable shelves that allow for flexibility. The black stainless steel is awesome, so much better than regular stainless steel when it comes to fingerprints. You simply don't see them on this refrigerator. The door in door feature is an absolute bonus, we use it regularly.

The only thing I can say negatively about this fridge is that the Black stainless steel is fragile. We were warned by the delivery men that it will scratch easily and reveal stainless steel underneath as it’s only coated with with black look. I’m now much more careful and assume a scratch will come eventually but it looks great for now!! I did read these in some reviews and I’m just hoping to handle it with care or it will be scratched by my dogs and below my eye level. Works great, held the cold well despite a 20 hour power outage, we didn’t have to throw anything away

I had been watching one that was similar and didn't realize it was a different one. I had been watching one that was sure a little over 28 CF but when I asked the sales person could not find it so I assumed this was the right one, so I didn't really look too close. My mistake. This one does not have near the storage space in the door that the one I was looking at and the shelves do not pull out. I do like this frig but am disappointed that the sales person and I myself did not check further. I would have been happier with the other one but this one is nice too.

This fridge is excellent so far. Lots of room, everything is nice and organized and the coca cola drawer was what sold us on this fridge. Who can resist and ice cold coke?
