I've been wanting to upgrade from whirlpool refrigerator for a while but I decided to pull the trigger on this one in conjunction with me moving. The size is great, which I was really looking forward to. I really enjoy lemon water, so having the auto fill water pitcher inside with the diffuser allows me to do that even easier. The lights inside are very bright. It definitely looks and feels a step up from the entry level French door refrigerators. Perfect addition for our new home

It is great. We love it. We finally have a frig with a working ice maker. I love the water pitcher feature. I forgot about that pitcher. It was nice surprise. I wanted the open feel frig. The freezer drawers feel updated. The it is so sharp looking with the insta door. I can’t stand the slightest smudge on it. The delivery guys were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. The transfer went smoothly. I made sure the old frig was emptied and ready to remove. What really helped was the delivery companies complete instructions so delivery goes smoothly. It was worth the wait.

So far so good, one month with this fridge and no complaints. Love the included filtered pitcher. Plenty of room for my spouse and I. My favorite feature is the show case door for drinks and condiments. I recommend!

It was exactly what I wanted. Very spacious and sleek. Love the filtered water pitcher with fruit infuser and easy access for beverages through the door. The price was well worth it!

I like it because I have enough space, I have a family of 6 and we needed something like this. I am very satisfied with the purchase at Best Buy, thank you.

great refrigerator with a lot of space. the smart setting is great and integrates with all other utilities at home.

Have only had this for three weeks but it is an upgrade from the Whirlpool that died after only three years of use and a GE that started having water sitting in the deli area after 6 years. The water pitcher that auto fills is a nice option and the dispenser water is cold which was a big gripe about the last one. We do not use the extra door very often but organization layout is good. Overall it is a quiet unit which was a concern with an open floor plan home. Not as quiet as the GE but so much better than the Whirlpool it replaced. Hoping that the reliability is better Samsung. We will see.

I put a considerable amount of research into the fridge I wanted and after months settled on this fridge, it is everything I thought it would be and more. The showcase door isn't a gimmick, Its actually extremely useful. I keep butter/milk/seltzer/soda and quick snacks in the showcase, now I only have to open the showcase door the vast majority of times I open the fridge. The shelves are designed very intelligently to hold anything I would want to access. The metal cooling on the door keeps beverages ice cold too... If you were a big beer drinker you would go crazy for this feature. The auto-fill water pitcher is my dream come true. It hold enough water for all of my needs from filling a kettle, or a pot, to just pouring a glass of water. Waiting for the show fill from the dispenser or filling a separate water pitcher is a nightmare compared to this. The water tastes amazing and the ice maker works well for both cubed and crushed. The shelving is able to fold up or under to intelligently fit anything you may want to keep in the fridge. It's night and day from my old fridge. The large temp controlled slide out shelf is amazing and dosent take up the room that it would on the other samsung model where its its own drawer. I can't see myself ever running out of space. The freezer is extremely deep while making it easy to access everything with the layout. The handle makes it very easy and ergonomic to open. It keeps things as cold as I would ever want. The fridge itself is very attractive and well built, I especially like the stainless steel paddle for ice/water. Nothing is cheap looking or feeling. I had some issues with a third party installer Best-Buy sent to hook up the water line, but Best Buy went above and beyond to make things right.

We upgraded to get the ice and water dispenser in the door from a previous Samsung unit. This has a lot of the same features plus some. The showcase door is very handy for grabbing quick, commonly used things. The bottom shelf tilts for easy removal of the items but is too small for most items. The other shelves remove and can be used like a basket. Great for a condiment caddy. The auto fill pitcher is great too. Over all we are thrilled with this machine.

We've only had this fridge for a week or so, but so far it's great. Plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer sections. The auto fill pitcher is something I didn't think much about but it's sooo convenient. No more filling the brita pitcher 10 times a day. The wifi aspect is nothing great and the Ice maker is just meh but otherwise very happy so far.

Very spacious firdge, only complaint most would have is how much space the ice maker takes up. It doesn't bother us at all because we have a back up fridge in the garage. The finish of the refrigerator isn't one to one in the photos. It's more of a lighter tone of the black stainless steel. That being said it's a very beautiful color.

Spacious, Adjustable, Keeps the right temperature. I have a 3 year old boy and I don't have to clean the fridge much from any smudges. The only thing I don't really seem impressed by is the ice maker. It can be slow. Also, I feel the Food Showcase feature is kind of pointless. Unless I'm using it wrong.

Overall a great refrigerator. We have had it for 2 years and the ice machine has broke 2x and now have to have to the fridge replaced because they no longer make them.

I was not looking for the beverage door opening part but my husband was adamant and with teenagers in the house...YES!!!! With a sticky-fingered little person in the house too...YES to finger-print resistance and it has tons of space for my large family. Happy with it so far and runs pretty quiet!

Love this refrigerator. It’s a Samsung. It produces cold water that taste good. This refrigerator stays cold.

We have had the unit a little over a week and so far it is meeting or exceeding our expectations. One minor frustration is the showcase door. The clasp seems finicky and often you open the whole door when you only mean to open the front door. The auto-fill pitcher is great and works exactly as advertised. Lots more room than the cheap unit that the previous owners of our house put in to help sell the house (new appliances!). It was the cheapest unit, but looked ok. But then failed less than 4 years in. So we researched this unit and really like all the features. Haven't been able to get the Bixby connection to work yet, but I really doubt I'll be using that much anyway. So overall, we are very satisfied.

This fridge has the perfect amount of space. The water pitcher might seem unnecessary but it has come in handy so many times. Would definitely but again.

This fridge is great! I love the showcase door and the wifi functions of this fridge. The water pitcher has let us have flavored water anytime we want! Lots of room, it easily fits all of our groceries.

We went into the store looking at new appliances and Michael Woods helped us pick this beauty out. It has lots of space but you really need to see it in person because you will fall in love with the color.

Works great and is very quiet compared to my old one. The smart feature helped out once when my tv and phone notified me a door was left open. Initial critiques over a couple months are; I would like the doors to open up more, they barely open more than 90 degrees maybe 120 at best. This makes it annoying if you’re not directly in front and center of fridge, off to side a bit, and accidentally slam the door against thin air. (Reason for the loss of star) Ice maker is slightly on the smaller capacity, and not a very fast producer, at least the model I have. I bought it on a good sale, so I’m still happy overall with purchase.
