I love this fridge. Good capacity. Only complaint is the ice maker. It’s slow. And sometimes there is build up of frozen ice behind the tray, so it needs to be removed for the ice to continue working.

We are very please with this Refrigerator. It is so nice having water and Ice dispensing from the door. The Food Showcase fridge door is handy as you don't have to open the main portion of the refrigerator to grab a condiment. The installers were excellent professionals and took the time to go over the start up.

I'm a Samsung snob, so pretty much buy everything Samsung. I love this fridge and have had it for approximately 6 months. No issues thus far, all working like a charm. Plenty of space for storage and the quick access door is a nice touch.

My husband and I had actually purchased this fridge for a house we were living in last year so when we bought our new house a couple months ago this was the fridge we chose to buy again! I absolutely love this fridge. We did not experience any problems with it at our old house. Unfortunately, at our new house we had to end up returning it because of the layout of our kitchen. The fridge sits right next to the wall on the right side and because of that, the wall was in the way of the fridge being able to fully swing open. We were able to open the door-in-door, but the full door was not able to be opened. We ended up picking out a very similar fridge but without the door-in-door and it works very well in the layout of our kitchen.

Love the fridge. Would highly recommend. The only minor complaint is that the ice box is pretty small and it comes out rather slowly when trying to fill a cup from the front of the fridge.

Fingerprints are hard to remove. Otherwise great product

We reviewed several refrigerators and based on that we chose this one. We have had it for 6 weeks and are very happy with the look and storage capacity. However, in the first week the freezer door handle came unscrewed and fell off. We called Best Buy's toll free number and were told that a new screw would be sent out to our house. We're still waiting for the new screw. My husband decided to try plumbers tape on the screw and it has been holding so far.

Overall very nice. ICE maker is a little slow to dispense.

This has been a great refrigerator so far. It has a great ice maker and plenty of storage space. So far the only thing I do not like is that it shows fingerprints a lot. With kids it is an endless battle keeping it clean. Other than that, no complaints. Glad I spent the extra money for this one.

Great fridge. Door in door works great. Lighting is great. Water dispenser and ice maker very sufficient.

Samsung - Showcase 27.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator. I buy all Samsung but I really dislike the bottom double drawer as both doors have to be wide open to reach inside. Seems to defeat the purpose of the metal cooling quick access door to save energy :(
