    First refrig leaked due to doors not straight that caused condensation which leaked. But Best Buy brought out a new one to replace. I like this refrigerator, how it looks, the freezer on the bottom, and the ease of use.

    More problems with delivery company than product. Upon delivery problem with showcase door. 3 visits by delivery company and they kept telling me either it was my imagination or just " let the refrigerator settle". Called Samsung Tech and problem was resolved within 24 hours. Will not buy another appliance from Best Buy as long as they use this delivery company.

    This was a great purchase for our new home. I love that this fridge has an alarm when the doors are open longer then the allotted time as I have a toddler. It is also wonderful that the separate door opens up, thus saving cooling energy when my son wants a snack. The only bad thing that I don't really like is that the other door has an awkward storage space and you can't really put much there due to the ice maker and the water dispenser. Other then that its been a wonderful purchase and I highly recommend this product.
