    The doors keep closing on me when we are putting groceries inside the fridge, especially when opening the deli drawer that requires both doors open. Other than that, we are satisfied with this refrigerator. I called customer support, and there is not a way to disable the auto close.

    The additional smaller door for quick access to items more frequently taken in and out of the fridge is the most useful new feature. Really cuts the time spent with the door open thus saving the cold from escaping. Being able to access and replace the water filter by just opening a front door is so much easier to access than old style inline filters that were mounted on the back of the unit.

    I love all the features of this fridge! I had trouble with the delivery, but someone called me about that. I am having another problem with it now having to do with my terra cotta tile floor, with the refrigerator being uneven on the floor and quite noisy and I wish someone from Best Buy would call me to correct that now. As it is impossible to get a call from me through to the store.

    I've wanted to update my refrigerator for a couple of years now, and I'm glad I waited for this product. I love the ShowCase door, because I can open the door and grab items I more frequently use without letting the cool air out from the main part of the refrigerator. The Cool Select pantry is so convenient for platters of food. You won't be disappointed with this product.
