I love my refrigerator, better than other models of Samsung

The showcase door is loose. It partially opens every time I open the main door. I have to contact samsung or best buy about the issue before my return period is up. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied.

Fits perfectly in my kitchen, and works great. Very happy.

Sales person with pacific sales/best buy promised the door adjustment would be correct and the latch would work properly, the flaws we noticed at the store. He stated they had assembled incorrectly for the display model. I arrives and does not fit through any standard doors, and we had to disassemble our sliding patio doors to get it into the kitchen, and yes the left door is higher than the right and the latch does not work properly, the delivery people dented the side and refused to connect the water line even after being required to purchase new water lines so they could connect it. So down the to local best buy return the new water lines and get a gift card for the dent. They sent the delivery people back out the adjust the left door. Ok that's better, they can't fix the latch. So best buy sends out a tech, who orders a new gasket, wrong gasket arrives, orders another new gasket that one is correct, but does not solve the latch problem, order a new latch & door handle we get a door handle no latch. Installed door handle latch still does not work. Order complete new door that has now been sitting in my living room for 3 days. Latch still does not work properly. 3 trips and numerous hours on the phone the latch still does not work properly. This refrigerator was purchased on 7/3/16 and today is 8/20/16.

I can't think of fifty words to describe a refrigerator.

This refrigerator was nothing but trouble. After about 18 months or so of owning this frig, I had a repairman to my house 3-4 times within a 6 months time period. Ice maker design stinks. Water drops from in-door water dispenser, rusting the corners of the door. After multiple attempts to replace various parts, I was finally given a refund so I could choose a different refrigerator. Bought an LG, which is awesome!
