My refrigerator was delivered Sept. 30 and 12 days later the cooling in the freezer and refrigerator area were not working. I had to return it. I did get the same one. It has been a week and so far, so good. Hoping for the best.

We purchased this to replace our other Samsung fridge which was nothing but problems. We were told NOT to buy another Samsung but the size and price was perfect for us. So far it's been great! Our appliance repair guy suggested we get the extended warranty because Samsung is so bad and we did. Hopefully we will have better luck this this one than we did the other.

Not the fridge I kept (had handles and I did not want any) but sales person was very helpful. Installers were timely, quick, and friendly. Nothing was wrong with the item. Was told to keep it until situation was resolved which was very helpful.

Received the new refrigerator and it is not working. Waited 6 hours and the temperature only went up. Called Samsung and they had me do a reset, then wait 2 hours to see if the temperature drops, which it didn't. I bough Geek Squad insurance, but they can't do anything until the status on their system changes from "in transit" to "delivered". They asked me to wait 12 hours before reaching out again so they can begin an return/exchange. We're going to request an exchange and fingers crossed the new one works. Otherwise, I'm never purchasing a Samsung product again.

Stopped working after just over a month. Since it was after 15 days, Best Buy passed me off to manufacturer. Couldn’t be more disappointed in Best Buy’s customer support. Just don’t understand how they don’t stand behind a product they sell after only a month! Sad
