I love that it has so much room. It requires cleaning due to it being stainless steel quite a bit but it's totally worth it as it is beautiful. The led screen is fun to have with all of the apps. Lighting is better than I thought it would be as they are all on the back.

Well, after extensive research and consideration, my husband and I decided to go with this Samsung refrigerator. This was not a comfortable decision for me, at first. There were three concerns/issues that I, (wifey) was not real keen with. The first, the ice-maker is not a large capacity feature. The second, both the freezer and fridge have two small, (and I mean REALLY small, approx. 4" deep) compartments at the bottom of each door. And third, the deli and crisper drawers have a new design where to open them, you pull the handle at the BOTTOM of each drawer, (compared to the "usual" handle located at the top of the drawer). But, to my happy surprise, ALL of my concerns quickly went away after having this fridge for over a week now. First, the ice maker produces ice so quick, that our family, (a family of 7) who usually runs out of ice daily, has YET to run out of ice! So, this item of concern, is no longer! Second, the tiny bottom door compartments are the new home for tubes of bisquits, cinnamon rolls, uncooked left-over pasta, chocolate chips and packaged dry cookie dough. So once again, this concern, is no more! Third and lastly, the handles, which are "normally" located on the top of your storage drawers, but on this model, located at the bottom of each drawer, is something that after a few times, (repetition really works) you simply get used to. So, with all of my concerns solved, now onto what is fantastic about this fridge. Where to start... First, this fridge is HUGE! I really cannot express that enough! As I previously mentioned, we are a family of "7" which means we buy and store a LOT of food. This fridge has SO MUCH SPACE, that when we cleaned out and transferred all of our food from our old fridge to this one, we had TWO ENTIRE SHELVES, EMPTY! It was unreal! The shelves are SUPER DEEP, thereby storing a ton of food, and all that without having the shelves that you do use, overfilled with food, AND with LOTS of room to spare! These shelves are so deep, that they store "7" soda/beer cans in a row, with room to spare. (Oh, let me tell you, not only are we a big family, but I am SUPER meticulous about how I want my food stored and displayed. It's an OCD thing...lol). I do not like my shelves to be packed so much that you either knock things down trying to get at something else, or to have so many items on the shelves that you can see or find what you're looking for. I HATE that! With this fridge, I can assure you, that is NOT a problem! (Oh, I might also mention, that this fridge replaced our VERY large LG.). The wine and bottle and can racks were also a huge bonus! You can even store the "large" bottles of wine on this rack, which is ultra rare. The can rack holds up to "9" cans. I cannot express it enough, that you WILL ABSOLUTELY BE SATISFIED with the storage capacity of this unit. While we're talking about size, the deli drawer is HUGE! I was so used to having a slimmer deli drawer, that when I began to transfer all of our food from the replaced unit, the deli drawer went from appearing stuffed, to looking so bare! On top of containing all of our deli meats, hot dogs, "9" packages of cream cheese, etc., this drawer holds TWO commercial sized Kraft Singles cheese blocks, (you know, the kind you purchase from Costco which holds like a gazillion slices of cheese). All this, with PLENTY OF ROOM TO SPARE! I can assure you, the freezer space, is the exact same way, tons of storage space. After transferring our food from the replaced fridge, again, we ended up having TWO empty shelves, and to be honest, the rest of the freezer looked bare. It was bizarre, as our old LG's freezer, was packed so much that if you pulled something out to look behind it, everything behind that item, came crashing out. So bottom line about size and space of this unit, YOU WILL BE HAPPILY SURPRISED! Now onto the Wi Fi screen. While you obviously do not need all of the gizmos that this unit provides, you will find yourself drawn to use them. Just as we do, you will LOVE the grocery list app so that when you notice you are running low, or are out of an item, you (and your husbands, who for whatever reason, universally fail to be able to write something down when they use the last of it...lol) can quickly, and instantly jot it down on the screen. It is such a nice feature. Also, the Pandora app is wonderful and I might add, convenient. You simply set up your play lists, and you are ready to get your groove on while cooking dinner. It really is nice. Oh, and while we're on the subject of music play, I had read in the other reviews that some buyers were not happy with the speaker volume on this unit. I'm not sure what's going on with their fridge, but the speaker volume on our unit, is MORE than sufficient! I actually find myself having to turn the volume down to level 2 or 3. And mind you, my family listens to loud music often, as we have five pre-teens that love music, and a husband and wife who love to dance salsa all around the home. Bottom line, trust me, the speaker volume is more than expected from a refrigerator. For those of you that use Google Calendar, this unit is the one for you. It maintains all of your families schedules. A very helpful organizer. There is one thing, that unless I haven't read the manual thouroughly, (which is probable being that I haven't read it at all...lol) that I'm not a big fan of, is that in order to switch between the water/ice feature, you must use the touch screen. Now the ONLY reason that I am not a fan of this, is because we would prefer that the kids NOT use the touch screen in order to preserve it, and keep the "unwashed" hands, from getting dirty fingerprints all over it. (This also saves us money on Windex, as my husband uses Windex to wipe the screen down if he sees just one print on it. Did I mention that hubby is OCD...? Wait, I think that I just referenced that I was...lol...) Another thing that I feel important to mention, this fridge is ULTRA QUIET! The only time I hear any noise from this unit, is when you are getting ice, (but this is the normal ice maker crunching noise) or when you have left the door open and the door alarm sounds. Other than that, this fridge is silent. Speaking of the ice maker, there is one other thing that I feel important to mention. While it is NOT a problem, there is a 2-3 second delay when getting your ice, that I felt you should know about in case this may be an issue for you. At first I thought that there was a problem, but nope, it just operates this way. After a week, I'm used to it. Oh another thing, I spoke about the storage drawers in the fridge, let me make you aware of the drawers in the freezer. There are two storage drawers at the bottom of the freezer side, and these two drawers are JUST AS BIG as the drawers in the fridge. They are HUGE! We choose to use one drawer for the kids breakfast items, (I.e., frozen waffles, pancakes, toaster strudels, sausages, French toast sticks, etc.) and the other drawer for the families, "quick food" items such as bags of fries, fish sticks, chicken nuggets, etc. Like I said, the drawers are huge. These are the largest drawers that I have seen in a freezer, and I can tell you, (don't laugh) that we purchase a new fridge, about every three years. This isn't by choice, but rather that the refrigerators that we have purchased in the past, for the most part, have been lemons! I can only recall one fridge, (a high end Amana) that has lasted for about "20" years. Other than that, lemons! Because we just LOVE THIS FRIDGE, I truly hope that this fridge works out. At this point, I'm very hopeful as this Samsung refrigerator is EXCEEDING OUR EXPECTATIONS...! Be prepared to be happy with the amount you spend on purchasing this unit. We are, and are confident that if you are looking for a HUGE inside capacity fridge, and a fridge that provides you with great orginazation abilities, than YOU WILL LOVE THIS UNIT, and will be content with what you'll spend. I apologize for the lenghty review, but felt so strongly about our purchase, that I honestly thought it appropriate to share our perceptions and opinions with all. Enjoy, we are...!

We have the fridge in our office kitchen and everyone is enjoying it. It has an amazing lighting, you could see all the food inside the fridge.

This Fridge has never given me any issues. I've had it for over 7 years. No complaints.

Ok, we picked this fridge for the LCD touch screen and wireless internet makes for a cool conversation piece. You will be really impressed by the size. I like the cool blue interior LED lighting. Setup was really easy and connecting to the internet was a snap. My only complaint is that I wish the speakers could play back a little louder when listening to music from Pandora. Sound setting maxes out a level 4 and even turned up all the way, you may not be able to not be able to hear if you are in a loud setting but hey you cant have everything. All in all this is a great fridge with lots of space.

We have had this refrigerator for about a month and have been very happy with it. With the dual cooling system, we are finding the vegetables are lasting much longer then our old refrigerator. I was a little worried about the internet connectivity but have had no problems. It is great to have a little music in the kitchen coming through from Pandora via the refrigerator. Because of the size, they had to remove the doors to get it installed in the house. Make sure you check the measurements to get it all the way in your house.

Have bought this fridge and am not as pleased with it as expected to be. According to its expensive price, photos, description and reviews given online, it supposed to be much better quality. Instead it is an average refrigerator that supposed to be priced lower based on its performance, comfort and look that is not as great as shown on the Internet. First to begin with, it was a nightmare to have it installed as it is so big and barely did fit thru any of the doors in my home and space in the kitchen, and the doors had to come apart and then be re-mounted again. In terms of comfort, it does seem to have a lot of space inside, but can not fit all of my food nicely and properly in there as I would have like to, even though it looks like to have a lot of space from how it looks from the outside. Not to mention that because is stainless steel, it leaves fingerprints all over that looks horrible and have to always clean it. I had this fridge for 1 week now, and 1 door bin broke just because it held a gallon of milk and olives jar, so i had to call Samsung already for a replacement door. Furthermore, the LCD screen is less than average quality, and it did freeze so I had to reset it already to make it work again. Not sure how long this fridge will last if I recently just had problems with it from the beginning in terms of both quality as well comfort and looks that are definitely not as shown online. Quite dissapointed with this product, and if it would not be so complicated (and Best Buy would not require and retocking fee), I'd like to replace it with a more decent and less expensive style and/or brand that works and looks much better than this expensive product that delivers less than is described on the Internet!

Overall, this is a very good refrigerator. The screen is very useful because it lets you control everything and all settings and looks really cool. The apps I guess can be useful, but I only use weather bug and AP news for headlines, both of which are great and automatically update. It is really cool to go the fridge and see the weather or a news headline. My only complaint about the screen is that it is too low for an LCD screen. All LCD screens have a limited angle view. So, I am 5'10" but the screen is only at my chest. So I either have to back up or bend my knees a bit to lower myself to see the screen clearly. Especially if I want to read AP news. So, the screen would be better if it were about 6 inches to a foot higher OR could tilt. The ice maker is really good too as the bucket comes out easy and can be put back just as easy... but of course you can always get it through the door.

Had trouble with the WI-FI but all is well after I replaced my wireless router. Sometimes the fridge temp reads 15 degrees on the display when it is set at 38 degrees. Atter I check the temps settings in the menu the display will read correct temp. The built in apps are very handy. Unit is very quiet and looks nice.

We were replacing a 29 Cu Ft and wanted another large refrigerator. My wife was drawn in by the apps. Initially there were a few issues with the apps- freezing up and resetting the temps. After a call to Samsung support all they could suggest was "hit the reset button"- this worked but was not the solution i was looking for. After the latest SW update it appears to be corrected. The unit is quiet and makes plenty of ice and has plenty of space.

The apps in the LCD Touch Screen are not working well, when I always try to sign in on one of those apps it says try again later. The internet modem is near the refrigerator. But it's just the apps. Then, everything's okay :)

This unit you need to baby it it dings fast screeches fast so if u got kids I really say don't buy it in to they get older this unit is on of the best out there the store don't have the big one for you to see so make shore it fits cuz it big really but in all I give it five stars
