Only thing I don't like is the Clock is so small and doesn't stay on. That is the only thing I would improve. We miss seeing the clock on our old microwave. Now we have to buy a clock that we can see. Other than that very happy with our purchase. Also, I do have it connected to my phone so now when I am at work I know when my son is up because it tells me on my phone that my food is done. lol!

Great oven easy to use

The controls are easy and logical to operate.

We use the flex oven often, which is great to have. the only downside to the Flex is that the "oven" is small so it limits at times what you can cook in it height wise. Haven't use all the features yet (there are so many) but have used a lot. We love it so far!

I purchased this oven in June 2019 and took delivery in July 2019, I paid $4920. and now it doesn't work at all, zero power. SAMSUNG and BestBuy are touting the 12 warranty, I did not purchase the extended warranty because I believed such a high end product would last longer than 18 months. Neither Best Buy nor Samsung will stand behind the products they are selling.

I will have to spend some time reading the operation manual as its electronic features are quite complex. So far it has operated extremely well and I look forward to cooking many great meals with it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give this oven 5 stars except for one annoying feature. The clock goes to sleep after an hour. A oven clock is pretty standard fair so to not have one that stays on is a very poor design. The reason for 1 star is because this has been a known issue for a long time and Samsung has done nothing about it. A simple software update and it would be fixed. It speaks to Samsungs customer service or lack of.
