    Not sure why the top was discoloring on one of the furnaces soon after we purchased it Also knobs tend to break I’ve had this cooktop two years I’ve had to replace two knobs already Samsung would not help replacing them out of their one year warranty

    We are enjoying our new cooktop. Like the 5th eye. Haven’t tried the Bluetooth, but everything else works well.

    Need 50 amp breaker

    BB in home sales consultant recommended this cooktop. When they came to install they found current cooktop was on 30amp breaker. Very disappointing it looked like a nice product.

    The newer technology of this cooktop compared to our old one is beyond compare. It works wonderfully. Five burners on the 30" cooktop though at times seems crowded. Still worth the buy when it's on sale.

    the appliances are great, the installation was superior blut the person who came out to measure did a poor job he told us that what we wanted to buy would fit however we had to have the installers cut tile and make other concessions to make it work and fit

    I really like the cooktop and having 5 burners. The BIG problem is cleaning the cooktop. Even though I clean it as soon as I am done cooking, I am having issues in cleaning up completely. I have owned glass cooktops for 30 years and am very disappointed in this glass cooktop.

    Horrible cook top the knobs keep breaking I had Geek Squad come out not sure how many times even Asurion came to my house and they keep breaking

    Great Range Top, but WIFI not so much.

    The stove appears to be good, but the WIFI option is laughable at best... It basically tells you if the burner is on or of... Um thanks I guess. It does not allow you to do anything like turn the burner on or off or adjust the temp... Very Silly. The install was great however we noticed an issue after the fact and dealing with BB tech support/GeekSquad is a beating at best.

    This is a review after using it for over 4 years. In the first year one of rhe knob broke off. This plastic knob was over $70 to replace. Then the small simmer coil stopped working. Since it’s not used as much it didn’t bother us much. Now the largest coil stopped working too which we need for cooking large size pots. Now 3 out of 5 are the only functioning burners. Wifi never functioned either. Now with out of warranty this expensive burner needs to be replaced soon. Just sharing our experience.
