Fan is Too noisy, light is either on or off, no dimmer or hi lo light. I would not recommend this fan. Definitely not worth the price.

the product does not connect to my brand new samsung range. this was not clear at the time of purchase nor during the kitchen remodel. i do not understand how a $2100 range with wifi technology and $1100 hood cannot connect.
maybe i could get past this fact. however, the fact that it cannot connect to the smartthings app is also stupid (couldn't think of a better adjective). why would samsung make any product that does not connect to their app.
so disappointed in samsung.

my range hood is beautiful but is still in its box...their installer could not install it because the wiring would not reach to connect it to the original wires...he just said it can't be used...obviously, I will have to pay another contractor to install it..likely will not get my installation charge refunded...very frustrating...and to top it all off...it was delivered two days late.

I had to return this range hood because the recirculating vent is no longer available. Its probably an excellent product but if your only vent option is recirculating choose another one.

Worked 6 months then blower engine went out. Good thing i had a house appliance warranty. Find another brand if your looking to match up with other Samsung appliances.

Great range hood, the LOW setting is not loud. Only bad part was lost one of the very small screws when installing, and when we called Samsung they would not send a replacement screw. It's holding up for now without the screw...

I am writing this review to recap this entire experience to hopefully shed some light on how customers are being treated during this holiday. I ordered this hood on 11/17/2023 and my wife runs a baking business from our home. On 12/1/23 the expected delivery date, the best buy/delivery team called me say they brought my hood into the wrong house for install, opened and dropped the hood and broke it. They told me there was nothing I could do and needed to wait to hear from customer service. The next day customer service called and apologized for the concern shared with me they promised they could have it delivered and installed by 12/8 as again I was concerned for my wife's work. They assured me they would have it installed. On 12/8 I log into my best buy account and they have now cancelled my delivery and moved the date to 1/9/24 without informing me. I called customer service as this would not work after speaking with someone for an hour they shared they can have it done 12/28/23 and that they would escalate to the warehouse but I would need to chat back in in 24/48 hours to get an update. So today I chat in, I'm being told nothing can be done. The first representative told me they can move it up to 1/2/23 and the second rep said this is now not possible so I'm subject to just waiting till 1/10/24. I acknowledge that I am just another customer to them and that this entire comment wont mean anything to anyone at this company but wanted to just share it with other customers my experience.
