Like the TV but was disappointed that we could not download the Paramount+ app. Fits great on the dresser and found a swivel turntable for optimal viewing.
Thank you for reaching out. Please know the Paramount+ app is still available on the Samsung F6000F TV. To download the app, go to the search bar on your Home Screen and type in Paramount +. From there you can download the app.

Waste of money and time. It’s going back to Best Buy. 2025 model, and the interface is painfully slow. It lags on every function and in every App. Really disappointed with Best Buy on this one - I specifically asked for a 32 inch tv with a quick interface and this is what the assocoate suggested, saying it was “snappy.” It was a small purchase so I didn’t research, but learned my lesson. First time Best Buy has steered me wrong in 20 years, will be more careful on next purchase.

This tv rocks. The only complaint I have is the the default screen coms up every time the tv comes on, so you have to have the main remote.

As someone who tries to avoid Amazon at all costs and buys most of my electronics, tech, etc, at Best Buy, I made the mistake of buying this TV trusting the description of "Open Box Excellent" and "Geek Squad Verified". I was left questioning the validity and honesty of that status.
Though the screen glass was fine, there was a spiderweb cracking behind it that does not show until the TV is turned on. Research leads me to believe this is an irreparable break in the LCD panel and I question whether that could have happened in transit or do I assume that no one at Best Buy even turned on this TV after it was returned and it was shipped out to me in this condition.
Additionally, because I did not have access to a printer at the time, I asked a customer service rep there to mail me a hard copy of the return label via US Mail. I was told he could not do that but if I bring the shipment to UPS, they will print the label for me. I followed those instructions and UPS did print the label however, they charged me $5.45 to do it! I expected Best Buy to reimburse me for that cost since this issue was no fault of my own and just got the runaround.
So I am now left still needing a TV but reluctant to reorder one from Best Buy because this experience has soured me and I am unsure if I can continue to trust them.

This Samsung tv is slow to react to the remote. It’s slow to load, slow to mute, and more. We are not that excited about this purchase because of its slow reactions.
We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your F6000F TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps:
1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Change the batteries 3. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 4. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 5. Wipe off the IR sensor on the remote.

Saw what was on line, came into the store. The sales rep assist with budget I had for a birthday gift. The purchase till this day, they are happy.

This is my third open box Samsung TV. It’s a great TV for a guest bedroom. The picture resolution is absolutely amazing. Best Buy claims that the TV works like new and it has been tested and reset to factory settings by Geek Squad. But in reality, it was not reset. When I plugged in, it had all the apps. Even the previous owner’s account was active. I couldn’t reset the TV to factory settings because the PIN was changed by the previous owner. I managed to reset the PIN by going on the Internet. But, its a great TV for fraction of a price.

Your TV includes Learn Menu Screen, an accessibility feature that provides audio guidance for on-screen menus. When enabled, your TV will announce the name and function of each menu item as you scroll, without making any changes. This feature is particularly helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. To enable, go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.

The picture is great. Moving in and out of apps takes a good amount of time. It goes on and off when I use my Chrome cast remote to turn a tv on or off. This tv is in a different room.
