Very nice Smart 32" TV at a very good price that was very easy to pick up at the local store

This TV stopped working after being installed less than 2 days. Everything seemed to be fine. Sound and picture worked well. Set up was a breeze (we own several other Samsung TVs). It suddenly started loosing color and then flashed white a few times before going completely white. We attempted a manual reset and followed some of the other troubleshooting ideas. Nothing changed. This is obviously a hardware failure. We returned the TV and are still awaiting a refund. What a shame for a Samsung TV. I would have expected this from a cheaper Roku TV, but not a Samsung.

Samsung is my go-to, but this? Apps are useless. Remote lags. Buttons on the remote are placed in useless spots. I really am disappointed.
We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps:
1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control 3. Ensure proper charging – SolarCell Remotes can charge using: o Room light or direct sunlight (solar panel should face light source) o USB-C cable (preferably Samsung-branded) 4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 5. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
