For the price and small screen size, the quality of picture and sound are surprisingly good. The internet connection and available apps are fast and stable. When we had an issue where the picture dimmed without warning, we called the Samsung help desk. The technician there was efficient and courteous and quickly helped us change a setting on the TV which resolved the problem.

Nice picture and fits in my cabinet so TV isn't the focus of the room! Like the smart TV features too.

I wanted a bedroom TV to fit an older entertainment center, so I was limited to one this size - It would be nice if that had 35 or 37 inch models as the most common is 40 with one or two 39 that were a couple of inches too wide for my opening, but I digress. The Samsung had the best picture and smart features of the ones I looked at in this size for a bit better price.

The image quality is great as always with Samsung TV's. Built in Speakers are great as well. Great for making a small personal theater at home.

Easy to set up and connect. I had some difficulty getting the high definition picture quality to my liking. There were no explicit directions on getting all the variables adjusted, so much trial and error was involved. Finally got it to my liking.

Excellent quality picture and sound, like my previous Samsung products. I bought this for my bedroom, and it actually has a dimmer setting for night, making watching movies/tv very relaxing in the evening. If I had to buy another, I would purchase the same one. So, I would highly recommend buying this TV.

Delighted with the 4k picture quality and being able to access my premium channels without hassle. I tried using the web browser, but without a mouse and keyboard, it's way too time-consuming. On the other hand, the HDMI allows me to hook my computer directly to the screen and still get great picture. The sound is also good for TV. I don't think we'll get a sound bar.
