Excellent picture. My first smart TV. Good to watch Amazon Prime on it

Great TV excellent picture quality great functionality; easy to navigate

Too many problems, I had so much trouble: installing security. Had to contact Dell to have cleaning. Went to the Greet square, wanted me to buy a membership for service. I would only recommend, if you are computer knowledgeable

Picked this out for my father-in-law who has a small space and needed a new TV with modern ports. It’s tough to find one that has 3 HDMI and 1 component/composite ports and this one does, so we could connect his Blu-ray player, Apple TV, cable box, and VCR. The picture is good. The sound was pretty tinny which is to be expected for built in speakers on a TV this small, but it does have an equalizer which helped. Overall I’d recommend this if you need a 32” 1080p set.

I bought this TV as a replacement for my bedroom Sharp TV which died after running nearly 24 hours a day for over four years. The picture is crystal clear and the 20 watt speakers have great sound clarity. I enjoy having things like Netflix and Hulu built into the set menu. I'm hoping to get several years service from this product.

I bought this Samsung - 32" Class (31.5" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV to replace an old 20 inch CRT TV. The tremendous difference in picture quality is immediately noticeable. In the near future I would like to upgrade to a 43 inch 4K UHD Samsung TV but this is a good choice for now because most of the broadcasts are still in 1080p.

Good picture, good sound, and lots of options. I especially like the clear voice option on the sound, makes the people talking easier to hear and understand. Has an audio jack option that works with headphones as well, but get headphones with their own volume control. The TV control does not adjust the audio on the audio jack output.

My husband bought this TV when the old TV we had for many years finally died. However, he didn't realize that unless we had Wifi, we couldn't use all the "SmartTV" features. After trying many ways to connect and watch the TV, I figured it out. But we still don't have Wifi, so it really is useless for us to have this SmartTV. My husband refused to take it back to the store, so maybe someday he'll decide we need to get Wifi (I'm not sure how we go about doing that). It might have been helpful if the sales person at the store would have asked my husband if he had a Wifi connection at home.

I bought this TV to replace my TV in my RV, I wanted to have it hooked up to the stereo in there and this allowed me to do it, the cheap TCL before didn't allow it. I love that I now have smart TV anywhere I travel as long as I have cell service or wifi also. It was a huge improvement over the TCL for those rainy days or catching the weather at night.

Once getting through the very skimpy instruction book for setting up the TV initially (the 4 star instead of the 5 star rating), I am very satisfied with the results. Good and clear picture and sound. It also has excellent internet connections if you wish to have these available with your TV. For me, the most important element was its stand design. It can fit on a piece of furniture that is narrower than the TV itself. It was the only 32 inch TV available that did not need a minimum of a 30 inches.

Great Product, Great Manufacturer, Very Easy to Use

Easy set up and good picture/sound, but connection to wifi can be problematic with the built in links to netflix, pandora and utube

Seeing that my Vizo died, I thought it would be a good idea to look for something a little more stable. I went with this Samsung. I was wowed from the moment I plugged it in. Now my Vizo was 1080P as well, but it never looked this good. The only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars would be; I have noticed at times the screen can be very dark at times, causing me to adjust to a brighter setting. Why is this a pain? Because the TV should adjust on it's on based off the light in the room.

As typical for Samsung, excellent picture quality. Easy to set up and access SMART features. No negative features at present.
