Samsung the best brand on smart TVs!! It was easy set up. Picture so clear and the colors are soft to the eyes.

I like the way this TV integrates cable TV for my husband and apps and internet for me. Closed captions (for me) work fine on conventional TV cable, Netflix, and Spectrum (Time Warner) apps. They do not work on Amazon Prime video app and some other apps. I was unable to get PBS app or CBS all access app. Perhaps in the future these functions will be supported. My temporary solution to the apps not available is to keep my Roku device hooked to one of the HDMI ports. I had hoped not to need it but it integrates fine through through the source button at the top. The Roku device will also help those who need closed captions as device can be set for captions and they will work for all the apps I have tried. If you or someone in your household is only a little hard of hearing (like me) Bluetooth headphones will work well. This TV can even be set so regular sound works for others while you get extra volume through your headphones! It can also be set so sound is only through headphones while my sleeping husband hears nothing. One other thing. This TV has none of the slowness people have complained about in other Samsung smart TVs. It responds almost instantly from TV to app to streaming device to internet brouser. When I use the internet browser I have found a USB keyboard/mouse combination to be helpful. Mrs. B

Picture quality and features are what was expected.

we had to buy a new t.v for my parents so the blue-ray DVD. player could hook up to it being as they had an older t.v that wasn't compatible with the HDMI hook ups. this t.v is easy to use and the volume works great. my mom is losing her hearing and we don't have to turn it up to loud for her to be able to hear.

Easy to operate (as my daughter is 5) She loves her new TV, the color is so vibrant and the sound quality is superb.

I had an old TV and this is my first smart TV. I love this purchase! The TV itself is lightweight and easy setup. Love the quick access to apps and the features such as showing trending tweets for the show that I'm watching on the side of the screen without interfering with the show. Great picture quality and audio.

So far, this has met our needs for a small TV and, although we haven't used all of the smart TV features, it's nice that we have those options for the future.

The TV lived up to my expectation. It is very light for it's size, the resolution is excellent and it is viewable from wide angles. Price of course made the purchase even better. Very happy with the brand as always.
