bought open box at best buy on a whim. It does it's job as a tv for our basement. No complaints

However, I don't like having to change the size of the picture with every program. People appear distorted at times.

Purchased a 65" JS8500 last year for the main room and have been sold on Samsung ever since. Great picture, apps and features. Personally I think they blow Vizio away and the difference is well worth the extra cost

I bought this TV for a vacation home, served by Satilite dish and 5/sec gig cable internet. It has a very nice picture and the sound is much better than the TV we replaced. The WIFI works great and was very easy to set up. Bought it on sale at Best Buy! Could not go wrong!

This purchase was for a bedroom TV and samsung never fails in delivering superior picture quality, even with the smaller TV's. Easy to set up and great space accomodation! A great value for the quality!

This smart tv has a very good picture and is good size for my bedroom. I have not used any of the smart features except the YouTube app. Works great! I do have one problem with it - it has a couple of dots on the screen which are not too noticeable but being checked out now to see if they can be eliminated. Could just be a freak thing. Wouldn't stop me from buying another Samsung product.

Samsung makes amazing screens for just about anything. This is no exception, this is amazing compaired to my old vizio. I was really missing out on my tv content. So much detail. The built in playstaion Vue makea this tv the best deal ever. Its a console built into your tv.

I purchased this tv for a home I have in Vermont to replace one that suddenly failed. It was shipped to me within two days and was very easy to install. The picture is gorgeous! Couldn't be happier with the product and Best Buy's customer service.

I won't lie--this TV is twice as impressive as I expected!

Great picture. In this screen size Samsung offers the sharpest picture. Setup was easy including the setup for streaming. The only negative like all LCD/led tvs, built in speakers lack clarity. Adding external speakers should improve this situation.

TV was easy to program. But if there is a power surge, tv has to be reprogrammed.

Very good for watching TV but not taking photos. Camera does not seem to function when press button. No take video option. But TV very good if purchased with cable

There are enough comments as a best TV product. Through WİFİ Netflix and Internet Explorer. Fun.

I replace me old tv for this one, so far so good. I had a problem with my old Samsung with the software. Hope nothing goes wrong with this one.

I bought this model Samsung so I could put it on a desk top in a bedroom that didn’t have a cable outlet. With the Spectrum App downloaded I can see programs from my cable company without the cable! Very nice picture quality and user adjustable.

We bought this TV to put in the bedroom and before we knew it we would move around the house anywhere we wanted to watch something on TV because it was so light to move. With the smart TV we could watch Netflix with no issue and it is super fast to load and stream.

I purchased this for a guest room on the opposite side of the house from my WiFi router. The antenna is great, no lag streaming, and the picture quality is good. The sound is also decent for a TV of this size.

I love the tv because we can watch Netflix with turning on the blue ray player
