Picture seemed dark

Out of the box, the only issue I had was the picture seemed to be too dark. To correct this I had to brighten the picture and turn off the automatic "room brightness" mode so that it would not automatically adjust to the light conditions in the room. As a note Best Buy's service desk suggested the above to correct the issue and they said if the suggestion did not work to bring the TV in to have it tested free of charge or replaced.

Okay, but not great

Top notch services and products

One thing I like about Best Buy I have never had any of their clerks act like my questions are too stupid to be answered. They take their time to explain things in a layman's terms. Since my purchase I recommended Best Buy to my sister-in-law and she too was pleased with your service.
