Im very happy with this TV

It works for what I need it for

Customer service said I would need to show proof of the device malfunctioning. There’s no way to catch this on video because it only happens for a few seconds at random. I wasn’t able to use my beats studio pros headphones with the television either. The device pairs but disconnects, however I can use my beats studio ear buds with this tv. My games looks good on it. I don’t like where the speakers are placed. I have this in a corner a wall in the back and on one side and it sounds muffled. I just use a sound bar with it. I still like the television overall. The Samsung tv plus is nice and I can get most apps on the tv and I can play Xbox game pass on it.
