I bought this washer and in 7 days I exchanged it for the 4.5 Samsung top load HE washer with the glass door. It looked too plain to me. Other than that, it worked great during the few times I used it, and I like the jingle it gives once the wash is complete. Great washer if you're looking for something budget conscious.

Great price great quality! My close smell so fresh the big open barrel or whatever it’s called with no agitator fits my comforter and my clothes no longer get roughed up with the agitator and tangled around it. I love showing it off.

Amazing set. The washer and dryer. The dryer won't start when the lint trap needs cleaned, great option if u have kids who do their own laundry. Also automatic shut off when clothes are dry no matter what setting its on.

My son recommended this Samsung washer, he owns one and he’s very satisfied with it. I’ve used his when mine was gone, it’s an amazing washer contemporary and love the 8 cycles and self cleaning. Very good brand, good washer , easy to use and big basket

The washer makes a loud thumping noise when spinning. It takes a much longer time to complete a wash cycle and also sometimes it gets stuck on the spin cycle and I have to manually shut it off. Will never buy a Samsung apppliance again.

We were looking for a new washer for our apartment and the lady at Best Buy suggested this model. We have used it for 1 month now and it has not let us down in any aspect. Size: It fits our weekly used clothes easily (at least 6 pairs of shirts & pants, socks, undergarments) at large setting. We have washed our King size comforter at X-large setting and it came out soft and clean. Ease of use: Quite easy to use. Press 2 buttons and rotate a dial to set it up. Once everything is set, I like to fill it up with water and let it run a few rotations so the liquid detergent mixes well. Then I like to pause it for 30 mins just to soak the clothes to get an extra cleaning effect! Noise: We live in an apartment and don't want families living under or beside us to be annoyed by the washer's noise. This machine is perfect as it doesn't make noise while washing. It does vibrate a little when it spins but that's normal with every machine we have used so far. The machine is running well as per our expectation and hopefully will outrun its age. It is definitely the best choice at this price.

Very spacious and performs flawlessly. Very quiet and super easy to operate. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a washer.

I was skeptical about this washer due to other reviews. We went for it anyway because it was the best we could get within our budget - we also got it as an "open box item". When I washed our very first load it kept refilling with water, and doing the spin cycle (a total of two times before I stopped it). I started to freak out because this is what other reviewers complained about the most. I jumped online (to the Samsung website) and went through the trouble shooting steps that they have provided. I checked and rechecked that the machine was level. And then I read about common "problems" the whole reason the machine fills and spins over and over is because the load is unbalanced - it will try a total of 3 times to reposition the load before it starts flashing the warning lights that something is wrong. I felt like such a dork for jumping to conclusions that the washer was defective. I re-positioned the load and it finished the wash cycle with no issue. We have had the washer for almost a month and I have used every wash setting on it and it works like a dream, I do one load per day - sometimes more. It washes our King Size comforter with ease. After that first load freak out, I just make sure that when I'm adding the clothes in that I'm putting them in evenly ;-)

I love the amount of space in the machine minus the agitator. It cleans extremely well. Stains that I thought were permanent are now gone! I don't like how long it spins and the wrinkles that result. I love the options available.

This is a good washing machine upgrade from our previous one, which we had bought at least a decade ago. We usually trust Samsung products. We liked that this machine had a lot of space for lots of clothes. Also, it's easy to pause and load more clothes after you've started the cycle; our old machine did not possess that capability. Great price at Best Buy with the free installation; although we had to go three days without water because the first time the machine was delivered the men who installed said there was a problem with the install. So the machine sat in the garage while the water was shut off at our house and Best Buy couldn't schedule another appointment for three days.

I love this washer. It is so much bigger than our old one. We bought this when you old washer died. It cuts my laundry load way down. I'm a mother of two boys, and I wash a lot of laundry. It's easy to use, and clothes come out really clean and fresh. I was worried about getting a washer with no agitator, but I will worry no more. It is seriously fantastic. The only con I would say there is, is that it takes a little longer to complete a load. (About an hour) it's a little hiccup, but the amount of laundry that can be done makes up for it.

I absolutely love this Samsung washer! It's so easy to use and our clothes come out so clean. It's super large capacity so being able to wash comforters and big loads is a huge plus for me. The price was absolutely fantastic!

Machine is quiet. Its large capacity component allows me to have fewer loads and does outstanding job of cleaning clothes.

Read a lot of reviews on this, don't see what all the complaints are for and I've had it for awhile. Cleans the clothes well, holds a lot of clothes and the price was good. It did rock alot when i placed too much clothes but it stops once it starts - its smart like that. So yh i think its a good buy; my first washer and dryer no more laundromat and didnt feel like i broke the bank
