Able to hold large loads, very quiet, multiple choices of laundry loads. Spin cycle as excellent the clothes come out almost Dry.

This was a first time purchase for me. I'm not very knowledgeable about brands and features but it is user friendly and clothes come out a new kind of clean.

I had a front load machine, with all the bells and whistles, but it just didn't have the capacity I wanted. This thing is huge, and simple, and cleans like a machine should!

I gave this 4 stars instead of 2 simply because it seems amazing for now. Its eletronic, easy to understand after a few uses. saves money and water. It also self-cleans and is much bigger then our old one. We were told its the best selling and longer lasting washer. However after we bought it we then brought our 35+ year old washer (it was mechanical) to a metal dealer and he asked what the new one we got was. He said the Samsungs often get brought to them to junk for cash because they may only last 2-3 years at most because if one piece of electronic stuff fries it can cost you far more than the cost of the washer to fix. He said we should have gotten a mechanical one. So that does make me nervous however its the future and mechanical washers are quickly being taken away so we will all be stuck with eletronic ones. As I said though, for now this washer is wonderful and I have zero complaints! Also we did buy a replacement plan just to be safe. Do get them, often times they pay for themselves when something goes like my big screen tv, vacuum, PC parts, Ipod, Phone...etc.

price was right. works great. it quick quiet and washes big loads.

This washer works great. Although it doesn't have an agitator inside, the clothes still come out clean. Not as sophisticated as more expensive models, but it has all of the same functionality in a more "manual" way. (You set the load size vs washer calculating it based on weight etc).

This is my first wash machine with no agitator. I was very impressed with how clean my clothes got. I definitely like this purchase.

The machine is lovely but the fellow that delivered it didn't level it so it rattles quite a bit. Also, since I couldn't find information regarding the length of times the different cycles run prior to purchase, I was (unpleasantly) surprised that the medium (lightly soiled) load took an hour and twenty minutes to finish.

This machine is great. It really leaves our clothing exemptionally clean. It's easy to use best washing machine I've owned. Highly recommend it.

I love this washer. My clothes seem to come out much better than the one before. Without the agitator in the middle you have so much more room.

This is the easiest washer we have ever owned. Just push a button, add the detergent and it does the rest. Very quiet as well!

We love this washer. The capacity is big and we're glad we went back to a top load washer. It's quiet and it works great. No complaints.

Does good job washing, Can wash one hamper load at a time. Has good feature set, Good bargain. No agitator so you can get larger load and easier to remove clothes. I'm a fan of Samsung products recently purchases a 40 series 6 tv for a bargain and really impressed at what it can do.

I didn't think I'd like it but it's pretty and washes clothes really well and fits a good amount of clothing.

Love the washer easy to use. No fuss no muss. Lots of cycles and without the agitator in the middle it can do some big loads.

We are really loving this washer...great features (including self-cleaning)...large capacity and all the settings you could possibly want or need. Very quiet,looks good, and gets our clothes really clean...which is extremely important with two sons!
